The rooms were super comfortable, sheets were clean, and bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on a hotel, and I stay in a lot of them.

Just the staff accidentally sent me to a room that was not cleaned yet, but she was able to fix it in 5 min. Granted she honored my check in request. There is a small dining table was sticky, looked overlooked by staff, and dibree on the seat.

Location was great, easy to get to most places. Including 7/11 and dinners. Central to most places. Pool was an extra bonus! Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Laundry service wasn’t available at the time of our stay. We used a local coin operated service during our stay which was only a short drive up the road.

First day didn’t get room service. Phones to front desk or cleaning team was turned off. My restroom had a urine smell. No iron for my clothes. I tried calling front desk it wasn’t going through.

The staff was very nice & courteous! The room was very clean. The outside of the hotel kind of worried us, could update the rooms a bit. Overall a nice place.

I did not like that the dead bolt did not work. The chain worked but we propped up a chair against the door for safety. The TV did not work the following morning, loose cable. I was a little upset since there was not a hair dryer in the room so the next morning was just a wash & go! Called front desk but were extremely busy (holiday weekend) I wouldn't mind staying there again.

I have Deposited 100 dollars, And the reception told me to wait til 3 days to reimburse my Deposit of 100 dollars. In other Hotel I stayed they give me back Right away my Deposit after I checked Out. Can you please give me back soon my Deposit of 100. Thank you!

Due to the fact I leave Hotel at 5:00AM each morning I don't get to parcipitate in Breakfast Options.

I don't like how you have to purchase snacks. I would prefer to take snacks to front desk and Bill them to my Room rather than have to look for the Bar Code.

Costumer Service was very good and pleasant ! The front desk was very polite and helpful I was very impressed for the room was very clean and the Beds very comfortable I was so excited about to be for the first time en your property and for sure we comeback more often and I am going to recommend your premises to my friends and family thank you so much for the pleasant feeling to be there even it was one night !
