Everything was clean. The in-room jetted hot tub was fantastic. Parking was affordable and plenty of spaces available. Included breakfast was a bit above average for a motel breakfast offering in my opinion.

Some things were a bit dated and could use an update. The TV was unable to switch inputs and have very limited channel options.

While the hotel itself might not be the newest, the room looks renovated, clean and neat, with nice arrangement, enough space and good furniture and light. The bathroom is all clean and all the things working well. There is some noise from the street (for rooms facing the street), but windows and blinders can block it pretty much fully so it will not bother. Parking is in the inside area, well lit at night, not gated, and I haven't experienced any issues parking (due to narrow spaces, as there are well painted buffer zones between the parking spaces).

It's good the breakfast is there, but it's a bit challenging experience. Breakfast room is like a high-security object with one-time key access and guard (the person who takes care of breakfast). There aren't many choices of fresh food or bakery, just basic minimal classics: eggs, sausage, bread, with some extra options like instant oatmeal and yogurt. The whole process felt rushed as well, because even on weekend breakfast ends at 9 sharp with everything being removed and locked. I can understand rules, but for the hotel experience I would expect a little less stressful start of the day.

Very clean and loved the room lights and space. Very nice front desk lady very helpful, perfect spot.

The front desk manager I believe he was, was rude right off the back, I called days before the day before and morning of to check in early, regular check in was at 3 pm and a lady informed me I could come and see if rooms were available in the morning. Came to check in around 8 am and asked if there was anything open early and before the lady could check for me he stepped up and instantly said no nothing not till 3 I said but I called and made sure he stayed stuck up and repeated his self with attitude.

The location was in close proximity to the event location (SoFi) and helped us avoid most traffic. It also had enough parking to accommodate guests on a Wednesday. The office was tidy and staff were welcoming in both check-in and check-out. We reserved a 3 bed 'family' room and although it wasn't large they really maximized the space and kept it incredibly clean from the bathroom to the windows - no bugs or dust! Overall a really great stay and somewhere I would return and recommend to friends/family!

Because of the age of the building, there was a musty aroma upon entering the room. It was easily remedied by running the air conditioning, but management should consider running the air conditioning more frequently or running air purifiers to permanently remove the scent. Lastly, the wall unit where the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were located was not plugged in, and because of the unit's large size, we had a challenging time trying to plug it in to get power.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The facilities in the room were very good

Perhaps include a different variety of food during breakfast. The hotel should perhaps consider providing drinking water to guests.

This property is newly renovated. Great place to crash for one night before taking our flight out from LA. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. We checked in around 9pm and there was still some parking spots available, but it was a small lot so parking is limited. The gentleman at reception who greeted us was very pleasant, patient, and kind. We were checking out at 5am to catch our flight and he helped us arrange snacks since we would be missing breakfast. Please keep up the great sevice and the cleanliness of the property... don't let it become run down!! I would return.

Highlights were decent breakfast and comfy bed. The location is close to airport with covered parking in view of reception. Otherwise what I would expect from a budget chain in LA. As is the rule, the hotel has a motel format, so bright lights from parking area shine into all rooms. The shades were sufficient to black out light.

Aside from women in breakfast area (who was VERY nice) staff was OK. Rooms show wear, especially the bathrooms, which have obviously been repainted many times.

The off road parking was nice, very easy to get to. The curtains were black out and the road next to it isn't that busy. It made more sense to Uber here than to use a hotel with a shuttle since we came in at 1am and most don't run at that time. It was quiet and we were abke to sleep in. One of the few rooms we could find with 3 queen beds! Petra's breakfast was SO good. I'm at Disneyland and still am thinking about her potatoes.

This Best Western Hotel came through for me at worst time when all my corporate hote chainsl bookings got declined. I'm very happy that the front desk person was able to honor my reward points and accomadate my stay. Really appreciate this.

Sure, this place has it fair share over the years and could use a bit of a spruce. Nothing out of the ordinary for this iconic location.
