Great location, Elegant and modern interiors of lobby and rooms, The fitness center is huge and well-equipped, I enjoyed the chocolate-dipped strawberries sent from the reception, thanks!

The reception desk needs more staff to accommodate the number of guests, as the check-in and check-out process was a bit lengthy. The TV screen in my bedroom was too large for its proximity to the bed. While during the day the room is well-lit from the sun, at night the room lighting is not sufficient (understandable in the bedroom, but in the living room area the lighting was too dim) The spotlights in bathrooms are too close to the head. Upon checking in, I was not oriented with the hotel facilities and services (i.e. restaurants, breakfast time, fitness center, spa location, ...)

The staff were absolutely incredible! Everyone there demonstrated hospitality and warmth and professionalism. They really made this place special! Of course, the location and rooms were amazing too. The decor was so special and tasteful. Overall we had a blast!!! We didn't want to leave.

We wish the guest rooms could be just a tiny bit more spacious. The bath linens could be thicker (especially the bath towels, Fairmont you could do better). Also this is random, but can you guys upgrade your toilet paper to maybe double ply...? The water in paper cartons tasted a tiny bit off.

- Spacious large gym with new equipment - new and modern throughout - spacious rooms and bathroom - thoughtful staff who were always available to help - valet service is pricey but you get your car within 5-10mins each time so hardly any wait - welcome gift for our honeymoon which was thoughtful - convenient location to most places in LA - across the road from Westfield (shops, restaurants etc) - housekeeping noted my preferences (extra towels and firm pillow)

Very minor points only, such as: - Valet service could have helped with unloading heavy luggage on arrival but we checked in at midnight - Main lobby bar is closed in daytime, would be nice to be able to have a morning coffee/tea - provide more cartons of water for check in

The newly furnished room and bathroom is amazing, with all amenities needed. The Spa is luxurious, yet pricey. Be aware that every little thing is charged for. The personnel is very helpful and special kudos to the cleaning staff. The restaurant “lumière” is great for breakfast. The gym is extremely well equipped. The location in Century city is perfect, right next to the century mall end a short drive from Rodeo drive.

Valet parking is very, very pricey with $71 per night. Too much in ours book. As guest of the hotel you even have to pay to make use of the sauna. For a hotel of this class, at least the use of the sauna / pool should be included. Spa treatments of course not, that’s obvious.

Hotel was perfect, ticked every box. Big rooms for the family and able to have private areas. It was lovely and modern compared to others in the same price range and 5 stars in and around the area.

The pool it’s super cool being on the roof but it April is was far too cold even though it is said to be heated. There is only sun on the roof at certain times as the big towers opposite block the sun. I think the pool should be heated to at least 82-86f to be comfortable for guests and also young children.

we requested the room to be close from the elavator. none of our rooms were close.

i requested the bell boy and told him my room number and send my shopping bags to my room and tipped him. when i got back to my room the shopping bags were missing. so i called the concierge and they said they will look for them. took more than 20 minutes and finally sent the bags and i had to tip the new guy. i guess the bell captains needs more training.

We liked our stay with this hotel it is very well located and the rooms are clean and spacious.I would definitely choose them again when we are back in LA. The hotel also left for us a nice little gift of chocolates and sparkling wine knowing we had a celebration which was a very nice touch.Thank you :)

As others mentioned in their reviews below I can agree too that the valet service is too expensive but that is simply a cost staying in LA.

There is still construction going on at the back of the hotel property and it seems to go on all night. It's frustrating to pay a very steep room rate and experience construction noise in the middle of the night.

We had a beautiful spacious room and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Great products and everything you may have forgotten. Comfortable bed. Close to great shopping mall with cafe's and restaurants.

Room service forgot half of our order but quickly rectified the mistake.

The rooms were very spacious, beautiful and clean. The staff went over the top for my family and made our stay as comfortable as possible. They even arranged a car hire for us.

The valet parking is very expensive. Convenient but experience.
