Super nice staff, good breakfast, free parking. Rooms are equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended!

Location was great and easy to hop on/off frwy. Staff were great with anything. Asked for a microwave & next day we got it! Room is always cleaned. 2nd time staying almost a wk with no problems. Def a hotel we’ll always book when we have family function in LA.

The front desk staff upon check-in was really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room was a little small to accommodate guests. We end up getting food from the pantry area and just bringing it to our room since there was no chair available for a family to eat.

Our room was on the street side of the building. Traveling with children who are hypersensitive to noise was a little inconvenient at the time of our check-in. We didn't bother to do a room change as we checked in late.

Room was more than enough room for my friend and I as we were traveling for a friend's birthday celebration. Loved the full length closet door mirrors!

They are doing construction at the lot right next to the location. On the weekends there was no noise, but if you're there on a weekday, be prepared for a lot of noise early in the morning.

Sarai at the front desk was a wealth of information about things to see in the local and LA areas. Breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yogurt and toppings, juices, bagels and toasts, waffles). The rooms were comfortable (fridge with freezer, spacious room (we had a room with a king). The pool was green and unavailable during our stay. The laundry facilities were good. The $2 wash and $2 dry did the job. We would definitely stay again.

The final morning after our 4 night stay the scrambled eggs had green spots and were hard. I went down to breakfast easily with my son and later on with my daughter. Nobody was eating the green eggs. They should've thrown them and made new ones.

I like the location it was clean and had a comfortable bed. It had a Large room it was fabulous! Breakfast was awesome they had a lot of hot food. They had good bacon eggs sausage biscuits very delicious. Price was not too bad especially being right next door to Los Angeles.

They have a real small parking lot. The spa was a little bit dirty and it looked green from the second floor window where I stayed at.

I liked the location. It was central to all the places I was attending.

It could use a little more security. Some people at the facility were a little sketchy.

Close to the freeway and restaurants. Really good continental bfast.

We were only given 3 bath towels. Yes, we had 3 in our family, but I felt like we should've extra. 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths. It's not a deal breaker, but we we're mindful of which towel belonged to who.

Comfortable queen beds; cleanliness in overall room, bathroom, and breakfast room, easy internet/Wi-fi access, and friendly & courteous staff

No microwave in the room to re-heat up our take-out meals; having a refrigerator was helpful; unfortunately, the TV kept loosing its "signal"; and would be helpful to have a list of restaurants nearby

When I booked the hotel, the property contacted me to let me know my special request "1st floor room & extra pillows" could be accommodated.

When we got there oh, they made a mistake they didn't have the room we requested unless we stayed 2 nights in one room then moved for a day then we could move back again. Due to that I had to pay business class prices.
