Hotel is best option given that there aren't very many good hotel options in nearby towns/cities. Staff were professional and friendly. Cleanliness is a huge deal for me and I couldn't find anything that I would deem messy. Overall satisfied with my two-night stay.

Nothing specific since I was in and out most of my stay. Only criticism would be to have full hospitalities like soaps and shampoos. All of mine were half-full.

Very clean through out the facility. TV worked well with ample channels. Refrigerator worked well and kept things cold. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows. Complimentary breakfast had a variety of products and was good especially the bisguits and gravy.

There's nothing I can think of that I didn't like. Everything met my expectations.

Nice hotel, quite big - they had a lot of rooms. Free parking just in front of the hotel and a Denny's was 1 minute walk away - huge bonus for us. The rooms were spacious, very comfy beds with loads of pillows, very quiet. Breakfast was a nice plus!

Loved the blackout shades the room had, keeps the room DARK. Definitely a plus that I haven’t seen at other hotels (Best Western Plus and others) This is also the nicest Best Western Plus out of all the other ones I’ve stayed at throughout California, it was so modern and looked clean. There’s extra touches that I appreciated, such as outlets and USB ports, to charge your phone built into the lamps above the nightstands. The staff at the front desk was so nice, during the night and day shift. There’s also a nice coffee area in the lobby, as well as snacks to purchase with fair pricing. If there’s nothing that peaks your interest, there’s an AM PM gas station right next door. The parking lot is well lit and I felt “safe” leaving my car there.

Maybe clean the carpet in the rooms a bit more? If you don’t walk around in slippers your feet will turn a little dark, but that’s honestly a problem at most if not all hotels.

Beds were very comfortable, clean room and easy to ac unit and tv. Great selection of breakfast options and my son enjoyed the waffles.

The only thing I would add to your bathrooms is a vent for the heat from a shower or make it more easy to use it if it there.

We twice a year have a automotive racing event. directly due east of Was co at Famoso Raceway Bakersfield...prior stays in Bakersfield a hotel district which is all the way on Southside of Bakersfield..very long drive from track to hotels.not good.Wasco eliminates this..very durect...

Easy to access location, hotel is in very good condition and our room was perfectly clean and comfortable.

Location was perfect. It's the nicest hotel in the area by far. Bed was comfy. Room was fairly quiet.

AC was noisy but it worked good.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The employee working the front desk carried by bags up stairs for me because the elevator was not working

Being stuck in the elevator for 15 min. No one responded to the alarm. Had to force open the door to get out. I requested a room on the 1st floor because I am handicapped but did not get it.

Everything was excellent..The reservation the staff polite and knowledgeable. We found more than expected.. Great service and location.I really recommend this hotel . Breakfast was so delicious and staff were on top of everything..
