Great breakfast! Comfortable beds, big, fluffy towels, soundproof walls, and the staff (all of them) were most gracious! No "street people" wandering in, my car was in a secure place, the elevators are efficient, and <--as usual, the bartenders were charming and fast! And that center atrium is a lovely gathering place. Also, Check-In was painless!

The front desk staff are also in charge of the mini-store but didn't have money to make change when I wanted to pay cash. Also, do you or do you not have a guest shuttle in operation? Since we're paying for parking now, and I'm on a walker, it would be nice to have that still in operation.

The free breakfast --greeted by smiling staff-- is always lovely. Fruit, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, juice bar, cereal with regular milk or almond milk, PLUS a custom-made omelet bar with two chefs! The coffee is delicious and tea bags available. Plus, a lot of tables and chairs to sit --no waiting to dine. Also, the "Happy Hour" is most appreciated. You can't beat the great company of bartenders Rodrigo and Lorenzo! That "Chicken Florentine dish in the restaurant was delicious. And then there is --at the front desk--> Amber and April and all the others! You'll never meet a more gracious staff! Even the housecleaning staff would say "Good Morning". Very warm and welcoming.

Everything, good location, facilities in good condition, amazing breakfast and the customer services was great they speak English and Spanish and if they couldn’t they tried their best. Daily room cleaning, a small gym room, laundry service and pool.

Just a small thing with the bartender, we stay for 5 days and because our daily activities we couldn’t get any of our courtesy drinks until last day that we arrived 6:55 pm and we went up to get the cards to claim our drinks and was 7:01 and he said no . Even when we explained the whole situation and that those drinks would be the first and the last that we would have of all the 5 days we were there. He was a little bit rude compared to all the rest of the extraordinary staff but hey we won't let that damage the experience we had.

Our stay at the Hilton was great! The room was incredibly spacious with all the amenities we needed. We were especially impressed by the included breakfast. Not only were food options clearly labeled, but there was even an egg substitute available for omelets! As vegans, we usually write off hotel breakfasts as being inaccessible for us. We were thrilled that was not the case here!

My only "complaint" is that parking was not included in the cost of the room, but overall everything met or exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping. There is a unique flow as the building is centered around the middle atrium. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy, The one free drink and happy hour was a nice welcoming touch. There is a ton of room for guests to lounge around the fountain and bar. Pool was huge! The workout room was decent also.

The couch was stained and worn out. The room colors and furnishings seemed outdated. The bathroom hardly as much room to navigate the sink and toilet and shower. It's tiny. While the happy hour idea is very nice, the food looked picked over and wilted. And it was shoved in the corner of the bar that you couldn't see it and had to climb over people to get there. Not a good fit at all. The hotel is located on a busy street not far from the freeway, so it can be noisy.

Excellent amenity with a brilliant breakfast spread including made to order omelettes. Large indoor pool, decent size gym, laundry albeit small and complimentary evening drink and snacks. Arriving late, there was always security guards, wandering the premises and ‘secure’ outdoor parking. Daily house was a lovely luxury. A couple of free bottles of water daily was fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Daily housekeeping was excellent, but they would always forget to replace our fifth towel so a trip to reception in the middle of the night. It was always required and included extra toilet paper and extra coffee requests too. The laundry was very small and very hot with only two washes and two dryers and required an app to pay if you didn’t have quarters and reception didn’t have any. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to use up all our credits which we kept to minimum but the pricing was not super cheap at $3.50 to $4.50 per wash and per dry. Lifts were a bit slow, especially with one out of order.

The Staff, they really went out of their way to accommodate you from the Front Desk to the Breakfast staff they were all incredible and the Location was a pleasant surprise, close to lots of local restaurants the shops and we discovered the area of Arcadia and Monrovia.

The Bathroom was too small, bumped into the shower bar a few times, that could not be helped. House cleaning Staff shortage, was informed rooms being cleaned every other day and when my scheduled day came they forgot, so called and I even helped to change bed sheets because it was already late

Location was good for our family. We enjoyed your hospitality hour plus tide bits and food afterwards.

Parking lot automated gates caused excessive frustration . Eventually resulting in multiple check out charges. Hotel manager reversed the charges. The issue caused excessive delays. Your elevators are in need of maintenance to reduce downtime.

The location was very good for us. We were visiting family in Sierra Madre. I loved the 2 room suite on the 7th floor. The bedroom was very quiet and if one of us was in bed, the front room could be used without bothering the other person. The made to order omelets were fantastic! Please remember to put dollar or two in the tip jar for the fabulous omelette chefs. Also, the Arcadia County park is within walking distance and so are some restaurants. I loved that Ralph's grocery store was near by (1-2 miles). I was able to buy flowers and my favorite sparkling water there.

The only negative for us was that we could not walk down to the first floor via the stairs. The stairs opened to the outside. So we would walk down 6 flights of stairs and then get the elevator to go down to the first floor.

The free breakfast with fresh to made omelette, sausages, bacon, potatoes, breads, juices, was great! The King suite with sofa bed (room 302)was perfect size for my family of 4 and a small dog. The King bed was comfortable, shower was clean with plenty of hot water and pressure. Pool and jacuzzi was a nice touch after a long day. Staff was friendly, gave us more bath towels when requested and the hotel was very pet friendly! The location was very convenient as it was ~30 min away from Universal Studios and close to the Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens. There are lots of fast food and restaurants nearby as well. Also, I felt very safe at this hotel as all the rooms are located inside and they lock all the side exit doors after 11pm.

No EV charging for Tesla, sofa bed was not comfortable for my kids, bath towels weren't replenished nightly, but we didn't mind taking the elevator down to grab some fresh towels from the lobby.
