Clean room. Breakfast provided was better than expected. It included a pancake maker, eggs and sausages. The orange juice did not taste watered down. Wifi was a little slow but worked well.

The flooring seemed a little loose in places. My foot caught on a raised lip and sometimes walking around would make noise as the vinyl plank was loose and raised.

Price very appropriate. Location close to highway, inside entrances, and allowed dogs. Very quiet and large room. No noise from outside or hallway. Bed was very comfortable. First time staying here, but will definitely stay here again. Did not try the breakfast offered

It was right off of the hwy when I got to town. The guy at the front desk was so nice, he's been there 11 years. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the pillows were awesome. I stay in a lot of hotels while traveling, and this was a great deal. It is also within walking distance of food, the Arby's shares the lot. 😊 There is also plenty of room to pull up in a truck and trailer or motorhome.

Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like. The price, comfort, and location were ideal.

Simple, effective, clean and close to the highway and a large variety of restaurants/stores. Nice large field/park directly behind the hotel for pets to walk/use the bathroom.

Bed was very comfortable. Room and entire facility was very clean. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that breakfast was to our satisfaction.

I've stayed here 4 times now the place is clean and comfortable could use a senior discount though as my husband is a senior

Breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely love to stay there again if we visit Hays again.

We stay here all the time when we go to Hays Ks to exchange Grandbaby and on way to Oklahoma Would be nice to get a senior discount for my husband
