customer service had someone book it for me first they said i did have a room then they said it was booked for the next day Thank God for screen shots and i also make sure you have 20 in cash because they want 20 in cash the rest you can put on a card!!!

Toilet was clogged, no cable on the TV it was like 3 channels, remote didn't work, fridge needed to be defrost wouldn't close, microwave didn't work,

the room was overall ok. I only slept and left, did not use any amenities

the pool was green. I would not have used anyway. the bed was lumpy and there were noticeable hairs on the sheets as though they were not changed between guests. the shower was small and barely acceptable.
