The customer service was truly a five star experience.

The cleanliness of the room could have been more detailed. It looked as if there was product sprayed on a cleaning cloth and everything was wiped down with that one cloth, especially the television screen. The floors looked the same way as if they had been mopped with a dirty mop. I did a little cleaning myself upon arrival. After that, everything was perfect.

Property is quiet and very convenient. Staff is so sweet and extremely nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom wasn’t swept very well. And the pull down shade behind the shear curtains didn’t work so I put a blanket over the curtains so you couldn’t see into the room. It was 11:50pm and I wasn’t going back down with my 3month old just to change rooms.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. Shower was decent. All in all was a great stay for a good price.

The area is a little inconvenient only because you're close to hwy and can hear sirens during random hours of the night.

Even though the internet was down because of a lightning strike earlier, the staff arranged for me to get online at a nearby Holiday Inn. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was all that can be expected, nothing to complain about.

Some of the staff take their smoke breaks right in front of the check in office, not cool. I did let front office know the ac was leaking back into the room a bit and the toilet floater was getting stuck.

The breakfast was great the owner provides the breakfast and the staff was great and willing to help

Location is great. I’m not really a breakfast person but it looked really good. Coffee was great. The staff is excellent.

The floors in the room was really sticky.

Very convenient off interstate and nice to park right in front of your room. Room was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Loved the pillows.

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were not so good actually pretty bad. Rest of offers were ok.

Nice, bright room, cold air!

Floors seemed a little gritty/greasy but nothing major if you wore shoes. Breakfast wasn't great according to my kids and was closed early one day.

First thing you notice when you walk in, is the cleanliness and then the receptions greet you with a smile!! Lots of pillows, which I really enjoyed, on the beds .

Really, I can not think of anything!!!
