The room was clean. No bugs. The location was convenient. The hot tub was excellent. Breakfast looked good. Within walking distance of several places. We had a problem with our room. They placed us in a room that had been freshly shampooed. The worker, Jose , who had just finished shampooing the carpet took care of everything for us. He was super friendly. Give that man a raise!

We parked at the back of the hotel bc of the location of our room. There was a lady who sat by the furthest door for hours. She made us nervous. Several employees took their breaks out there and never asked her to leave. The picnic areas in the back were not well maintained. Not sure if it was the dumpster, or something nearby, but there was a strong smell of decomposition at the back furthest door in the lot.

The staff is always great. We had a problem with our TV and the response was quick and wonderful.

We have stayed in the Monroe facility for years now and have noticed a huge change. The cut backs that they have made are very challenging to us. Not enough bath towels, wash clothes etc unless you ask and if you don’t have a long stay with them they don’t service you. The breakfast menu is also very sad. No early morning coffee and a very limited menu of food during the week. So you have to spend more not only for the room but also outside restaurants. So we are rethinking where we will stay next time.

Mostly quiet, depending on your neighbors of course. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was roomy. Best water temperature and pressure we’ve had in Monroe so far. Day shift office staff and cleaning crew were super sweet

Key cards gave us a lot of trouble, they didn’t want to work half the time. The fitted sheet seemed stretched out and slipped off of the mattress an annoying amount of times. The tile that leads to the jacuzzi had pieces coming up. Stairs were wet and dangerous due to leaking.

The staff in the lobby greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and were kind and super helpful. Our room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub was so nice! The bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets. Breakfast was full of many options and was pretty good. I definitely would stay here again!

There really wasn't anything my husband and I didn't like about this place. From the beginning of our stay to the end it was really enjoyable. Maybe some others may not have the same experience but we were super satisfied.

Mosst importantly the location was good and the property was clean. I have now stayed at this property twice and each time the staff was very detailed oriented& friendly. On my last stay on 08-09-24 the room above mine flooded and they were very kind in moving us and giving a complimentary regular stay for the inconvenience. I travel for work often and most property management and staff, are not as friendly as the staff at this location.

We stayed in a suite with 2 adults and 3 kids. There was a separate room with a king-sized bed and its own bathroom w/ shower. An additional room had 2 queen beds and its own bathroom, including a shower, as well. Spacious layout with living room area and a small kitchen area with apartment-style appliances (2 burner stove top, dishwasher, full-size fridge). Located right off I-75. We were about a 10-minute drive to the mall/Walmart, movie theater, etc. There are ample restaurants nearby. The pool was larger with a 9 ft deep end and a roped-off 3 ft shallow end. Overall was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Would stay here again. Breakfast was offered in the morning, however, we did not eat there as we got on the road.

The hotel was close to lots of restaurants, shops and everything else u could possibly need. It was clean and staff was friendly. The pool was big and rooms were clean.

Hot tub could have been hotter. It was like a warm bath. Breakfast was so/so but can't expect much from a free. Breakfast bar at a hotel. Our showerhead didn't work so I couldn't shower. It sprayed water out the top of the part that connected to the wall and water was going everywhere.

Although my room was flooded by the one above by the carelessness of another guest. The management was very helpful in offering a solution for the situation. I travel alot for work and most hotel management is shitty but the staff here is great!! They immediately swapped my room and comped me a regular room on a future date for the inconvenience. ( originally booked jacuzzi suite) I will always be staying at this location when I'm working in the area

The stay was great. I booked and paid online which made it easy. The place was clean which is definitely a major factor for me.

After paying for our room we got there to check in and was told I had to pay and extra $100 deposit. This deposit wasn’t in any of my booking information I double checked. If you are gonna make the customer pay you should be upfront about it.

The bed is comfortable and the suite with the jacuzzi is great. It’s quiet. The staff goes above and beyond to help and greet guests - they are amazing! The food around the area is good.

The pool and hot tub were filthy. The jacuzzi in our room wasn’t cleaned well. Our microwave sounded like it was about to explode. Our toilet kept running.
