The environment was quiet, and the affordability makes it a compelling choice. The front desk staff and neighbors were friendly, and the heated pool along with the Jacuzzi added to the comfort of the stay.

• TVs: Only cable, no Netflix or streaming—feels outdated. Upgrading entertainment would improve the stay. • Check-Out: Housekeeping knocked at 9:20 AM despite a 10 AM check-out, which is earlier than most hotels. A later check-out and better timing would help. • Check-In: Instructions weren’t clear. Better communication would avoid confusion. The $150 deposit is required at check-in. Check-in happens at the property, where they provide your room number and details. The person responding on Booking.com needs to relay this properly, as I waited unnecessarily for instructions that could have been given upfront. I had to call to get the correct information.

Very nice, quiet, spacious property/apartment with a parking space away from the 24/7 nightlife of Vegas. Very friendly and helpful guy that checked us in for our very last-minute stay last night. After a very long day of traveling, we were very appreciative that he gave us an extra hour for checkout.

I don’t like the automatic resort fees when we did not even have the opportunity to use any of the facilities, especially at the higher priced places like this. I know they charge resort fees everywhere around Vegas/Henderson, but seems ridiculous when it’s such a short stay. Also seems odd that for this price, we had to strip the bed and take out the trash and recycles. We always keep our room clean, but this seemed a bit much when we were in a hurry to check out, return rental car and get to the airport.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. These are very large suites, with plenty of storage, and very comfortable furniture. The walk in closet is larger than the one we have at home! The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and shopping. All kitchen equipment is provided, even a blender. I made cocktails, and we had them on our private, shaded patio. The amazing thing was how much money we saved compared to our usual Las Vegas trips. I bought entrees and breakfast at Trader Joes, and used the microwave. It was such a nice trip that I already made reservations for another stay!

The fan on the AC was loud, but really, it was nothing serious. The AC worked!

Location was about 8.9 miles from strip but they do offer shuttle service. The pool and hot tub are open until 11pm we went everyday and it wasn’t super packed. It’s near Walmart, target and other stores so it was easy to shop for food and fill the fridge with things for our stay. There’s a coffee pot, dishes and pans to cook with it was super convenient. When checking out you have to remove sheets, pillow cases and place dirty towels in tub some complain about it but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Two bedrooms one king and one queen bed, the couch pulled out a full size bed too def recommend for families. We would def stay here again

Decor was very dated, especially the bedding. Pots and pans were not adequate for our needs but we made it work. Staff was not friendly, especially when declining the time share high pressure sales tactics.

The room was amazing and comfortable for what we expected. The location was a perfect spot away from the Vegas Strip area. This is the first time we got a room outside of the Strip or Fremont area and we've been coming to Vegas twice a year.

The staff. I checked in 3 minutes early and the male staff said I would still need to wait until 4pm. I mean really. Who says that without even looking at the clock? I told him it's 3-2 minutes till and I shouldn't have to wait. The girl who also assisted with my check-in gave me a drawing to enter however, the drawing said it would announce the winner around February 25th. I didn't understand what I was reading or what she even tried to say. I've had better check-in's at the hotels and this was very weird for me.

It's a very quiet location, perfect for a family with a baby. The room was spotless, easily surpassing other hotels. The bathtub, pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful and it's an absolutely wonderful place to be if you want to be outside the strip. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is just a small critique, not necessarily a bad thing: its like being in a very nice apartment complex rather than a hotel. For example, if you are looking for an onsite restaurant or bar, you won't find one. You have to get your own food elsewhere, which is ok because there are stores and restaurants nearby. Nonetheless, would absolutely return to stay here in a heartbeat!

This is an RCI time share facility. You actually stay in a fully furnished apt. The pool and hot tub are in the center of the facility, and you have an assigned parking space which goes with the apt. The location is about 15 minutes from the airport car rental and downtown can be accessed via their own shuttle if needed. There are BBQ grills available. Good place to stay when not looking for the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.

1/2 of the hot tub jets didn't work. We stayed on the second floor and getting the bags and such up the stairs may be challenging for some people. Request a first floor apt if this is a challenge for you.

Spacious two-bedroom apartments. Very clean and the kitchen is overall well equipped. Staff was helpful and friendly. Like the fact that there was a swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The bed mattresses were a little soft but still quite comfortable. The bathroom could have provided a little more shampoo and conditioner but we were ok as we were only there for 3 days. The AC/heat unit was a little loud: every time it turned on the house would be quite loud and you can also hear the AC unit engine working loudly, which was just right outside one of the bedrooms.
