The place was a great location and good value

Cleaning staff was very nice, front desk not so much. They also charged us another 50 dollars to check in after 11pm, even though they had security on site that could have given us the keys. If we didn't pay the 50 they wouldn't have given us the room until the next day. Other than that it was a nice experience there.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being a solo traveller, I felt safe staying on my own. The bed was comfortable. The location was fantastic. In a central location, catching The Bus around town is ideal. There are plenty of food options available around the complex. There is a supermarket across the road for all your basic needs. I arrived early, and I was very grateful to the staff for allowing me to check in early. I would definitely stay again. Added bonus of a laundry that was very clean.

It is minor, but the only thing I didn't like was the pillows.

The location is awesome. Didn’t really need the kitchenette, because the food in the neighborhood is amazing. The room was really clean and the pull out mattress was surprisingly comfortable. Would stay here again.

Having the tv facing the couch instead of the bed was a choice. Can get a little on the loud side at night, that’s the cost of being in a busy district in the city though.

The location is very convenient. There’s a lot of bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and most of the staff members were kind and professional. However, I did have an issue during check-in on May 29. The front desk attendant who assisted me was unfortunately not very welcoming. She insisted that I arrived after 10:00pm, even though I had arrived before then. At check-out, she also claimed she had given me two keys and two access cards, when in fact I had only received one key and two access cards. I requested that she verify this, and after checking, she confirmed I was correct. Aside from this interaction, everything else about my stay was wonderful. I truly appreciated the overall cleanliness and service at the hotel.

Location is exceptional! Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

There is no house kipping unless you ask for...(I was not notified about this.. After the third day, I asked about this matter, and they told me I had to ask one day to the other. Needed to ask for a change of towels, toilet paper, and bodysoap for the shower. There were bugs, all kinds, in the bathroom and kitchenette as well.

Location is in the best part of Waikiki with lots of restaurants and bys stop in within a blick 5 min to the beach. Hotel provides chairs, boogie board and beach towels free of charge. Friendly staff! Kitchenette has everything, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, 2 bags of coffee and tea and sugar as well as salt and pepper for free. Lots of towels available in bathroom. Comfortable bed and lots of pillows.

Room a bit dark. Can't watch TV in bed as it's beside it. No cooking oil. It is dated but the location can't be beat.

The location is fantastic, and the price paid was in line with my expectations of the room. It is not 5 stars but I was not paying for five stars. Perfect location with 2 blocks to the beach, on the bus route and clean and quiet. Target across the road, as well as the ubiquitous ABC stores. Great upon place at the front. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Would stay again. The bed is a Murphy bed which was fine with me but may not be as good for an older person. Loved having a ceiling fan for air circulation in the room

If you are in Hawaii this place is definitely bang for your buck! The room was very clean, yes it was older but hawii is an older state. We were directly across the street from the international market and a block away from beach. Even though there was a club we heard no noise at all. We slept great. I would definitely come back. I'm not giving away my room number that's my little secret lol. But overall a wonderful vacation

Only thing there was no continental breakfast but you are around so many restaurants it didn't even matter.

Spacious, comfortable and well equiped studio. Good location in the center of Waikiki and close to Waikiki beach.

The staff could be more communicative and smiling.
