The check-in process was a bit off-putting. The host only came out as needed, as there was no front desk person on hand.

The smell of weed was evident in all of the hallways. When I mentioned it, the response was that since it is legal, there is nothing they can do. However, my point is that it is being smoked... in a non-smoking property. Nonchalant attitude by the host person.

The owner was fantastic. So helpful with where to eat in the area, how to get there, etc. He let us park our motorcycle under cover in case of rain. I can honestly say significantly higher priced places throughout our trip were not so helpful. Truly fantastic team.

it was very clean. I felt safe. The staff was polite. The hot breakfast had a little variety, but had good choices. I enjoyed it. My daughter was unable to find anything she liked, but she’s super picky. 

The pool was a little bit rundown, and had a strong chlorine smell. The beds were very uncomfortable, and I did not sleep well.  the pillows were too big.  there were no by the pool. there were a couple of dead roaches on the concrete by the pool. Better dead than alive, though! 

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Shower was slippery Only one grab bar. I slipped and almost fell. Had to grab onto the grab bar that was low in the tub. The hair drier didn't work. I'm a senior citizen and need the security of grab bars.

I did not like having to deal with a person on a TV to check out. It reminded me of Covid times. I like to deal with people on a face to face interaction. There was a very nice gentleman when we checked in at night but a man on a screen in the morning.

Our beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. The size of the room was great and we loved having a sofa to sit on an chairs.

the hotel needs some updating, floors & furniture. I don't like the screen check in. I know that this is the way everything is going, but I'm old and like seeing a real person.

Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. White bread and coffee was really all that was available besides a couple cereal choices and a little juice. Very disappointing.

Comfortable, clean, convenient.

Video check in process was awkward. I had planned to arrive at 1 pm which I got an email saying that may not be possible, but they would try. But I actually arrived around 5:30 pm and was told that they had to check to see if my room was ready yet. That was disappointing because it was past the 3 pm check in time.

The continental breakfast was a joke. The muffins were stale, most everything was out of order and the juice in the carafe looked old.

I liked the room and felt safe there. The room was clean and roomier than I expected. Loved the water pressure!

The breakfast was lukewarm and lacking. It was a prepaid room on a credit card, by a family member and I still had to provide a deposit, that was not told to us up front.
