The location was awesome, the place was very clean, the staff at the desk was very understanding as to why I need a top floor overlooking the parking lot due that I couldn't lock down my entire trailer load I was heuling, the morning breakfast clean up guy was very patient with me as my breakfast clock was off (I was late) and let me eat, but most of all the best I liked was for 2 reasons: 1= THE PRICE WAS GREAT 2÷ I WAS ABLE TO CHECK IN EARLY ! (Like as in 9am early... due to my traveling all night, I asked and they had no problem getting me into a room).

I have nor had a single thing to complain about !

We are snowbirds traveling in May and November- December annually since 2009. It has been consistent, the employees are pleasant, helpful and there to assist as needed. For those of us who have been doing this “cross country trek” for more than a few years, we have witnessed the changes. Covid was a game changer. Yet the folks here remained consistent. It is important to respect the “locals”. Those folks have few opportunities to move out of the area, most have deep roots in their community. We are so very grateful for the hospitality we have been given over more than 16 years of staying with the Quality Inn. Dining at the Rockin J in its day and subsequently with the Dell restaurant. Thank you for all you do to make we, “nomads” welcome and made to feel at home in your home

Breakfast was super excellent. Room was above our expectations compared to the last time we stayed. The staff made us feel important and welcome.

The bed stand was aggravating. It stuck out and everytime your foot hit it, it sounded like being inside a warehouse. The chairs were not good for my handicapped husband. We were in a handicap room, and those chairs weren't even comfortable for a non-handicapped person.

The staff & owners could not have possibly been more friendly or more helpful. We got stranded with a broken car and they went above and beyond in every regard making things comfortable and as easy as possible for my family. They turned an awful situation into an amazing opportunity to meet the friendliest people I've ever met in my life!

The room didn't have an alarm clock. No way to tell time in the night/early morning. I would have to get out of bed and try to see my watch in the dark. I called the front desk and was told the hotel didn't have clocks for the past two years.

Bed was comfortable(but bed frame was much bigger than the mattress and we were bruised from bumping into it often),room was clean,

The bed frame was bigger than the mattress and was sticking out on both sides of the bed and caused bruises on our legs from bumping into it all the time!

Very nice room. We were a little late at breakfast so a lot was gone, but it was good. We asked for room close to exit and they did the best that they could. Nice grassy dog area.

I’ve stayed there often over 30 years of traveling back-and-forth between the Atlantic coast and New Mexico. It is my favorite place to stop before arriving at my destination.

As I age, I have a harder time with the steps. Otherwise I just love this place.

we are snowbirds, making cross country trips twice each year. we have stayed here probably 20 or more times. the staff has changed of course. always helpful.

the first room we were given didn’t look like the sheets had been changed, the fridge door wouldn’t close, the freezer was frozen solid. Gerald moved us and the room was Perfect 👍

The staff were very nice and the whole property was well kept. We enjoyed the breakfast before leaving in the morning. The location was a huge plus since we had our trailer with us.

The bed frame was a little annoying and we would hit out knee/ legs on the metal frame.
