Great location at the Hudson River. Breakfast is great, but no gluten-free options even with early requests. Service was fast unless busy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

During our recent stay, we encountered an unfortunate situation at check-in. Our adult son requested a private room with a river view, but the receptionist responded inappropriately, making assumptions about our financial status. This unprofessional behavior left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. We believe that all guests deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background.

Had a nice view of midtown Manhattan.

Had no idea until check in that there was a $300/day security deposit required. There's no microwave and the refrigerator is ridiculously small.

Holy moly... the view of Manhattan is OUT OF THIS WORLD! We arrived around 10pm and couldn't have been more stunned by the view from the bar patio. Chilly night, we sat by the fire pit and enjoyed some cocktails. Taking in the view! And the gentleman who checked us in at the front desk... SO HELPFUL! We just made conversation about what we were doing in town and we had never been to New York before and we're just passing through for the day. I told him our plans to visit the Statue of Liberty the next morning and that's all we had planned. He completely changed our itinerary for the day and I couldn't have been more grateful. He suggested taking the ferry over to Wall Street and enjoying some restaurants and the 911 memorial. We enjoyed our day so much in Manhattan! It would never of happened if he hadn't suggested it. We are grateful!

Only 2 elevators, one was out of service. So the wait for the elevator to our room on the 10th floor was a bit long.

The skyline view of Manhattan was absolutely amazing and beautiful. The hotel had a clean and modern style, which I really liked. Overall, my stay was perfect, except for an unpleasant encounter at the front desk.

The front desk attendant, Bill, was neither helpful nor friendly when I checked in past midnight after a 25-hour flight. I don't think he even checked my booking through booking.com, which I had already pre-paid before arriving. He told me that there was no reservation and that I would have to make a new payment to stay for the night. I was too tired to deal with the situation and proceed to make a new booking with second payment. Fortunately, after informing Booking.com, I was able to get a refund.

The room was quiet and comfortable, very modern. The view is spectacular, never seen anything like it, you can see the whole Manhattan from the bed. The bathroom was huge, with his and her sink. Great coffee machine. Perfect location, the ferry station is just outside the door that takes you to Manhattan.

It was a bit pricey and I had to pay extra for parking. There was no room service, and the pool was closed.

It was an amazing view! The room was very clean, nice , more space that I thought! The ferry is 3 steps near from the hotel perfecto to move everywhere and the bus too! There are restaurants near too! Everything is perfect! Nice installations

Be carefull they ask for a deposit and the card needs to have your name on it! My didn’t have it but the staff help me to make the check in that way! I don’t know if that’s possible for everyone or I just have lucky

We were gifted the room for right after our wedding and the person who booked it let them know and asked that they would do something special in the room for us to which they said they would and they ended up not doing anything. would have been really nice if they would have

1.I loved the view, it was absolutely stunning. Room was definitely the cleanest I’ve been to. 2.The place was spotless clean. 3.Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very nice. 4.The pool was great, it’s enclosed and lots of privacy. Gym was very equipped too. They also have a private gym room which I feel it’s for ladies, you can watch gym videos on the big tv there. 5.There was a nourishment room but only had ice and water machine, most hotels sell the water but they have free water in the gym and nourishment room too. 6.Clean towels in the gym area and pool area as well. Staff was very nice and attentive.

1. I paid for breakfast included, they gave me a voucher worth $25 for breakfast which means you can’t order breakfast more than that amount. I booked the room for 2 but the voucher was for one until I spoke up and got a new one. It was not buffet breakfast like most places. You sit and order from the menu. 2. There was no toothpaste, I had to call and ask for one. 3. There was no microwave in the room 4. You pay for parking separately which is like $22 a day. 5. Reception is the same area as the nohu restaurant so definitely noisy and busy.

The decor and amenities in room where nice. Loved how clean it was. Loved 😍 the view of the city skyline and access to the NY ferry was right across the street! Restaurants in walking distance was definitely a plus as well. Staff was very friendly and welcoming 😊

The view is magnificent. It has a great location, and you can just pass the street and hop on a ferry to get to Manhattan.

The elevators were out of service, and we needed to use the adjacent property's elevator and walk a long way inside the building. One of the lamps in the room was also broken. Also be aware that you should pay for the parking seperately.
