The beds were super comfortable so we woke up refreshed every day. I'd recommend anyone to try and obtain a river view room if available. The hotel has fully integrated the Hilton Honors app so it is super easy to check-in even before you leave home, set up your bluetooth enabled room key, arrive to the hotel without ever speaking to hotel staff once, and to check-out with zero human-contact the same way through the app. The app also allows you to choose an available room from home, giving a lay out that shows if you'll have the option of a river view or not. The app seems to work well and so we had no issues with it so would definitely use it again. The housekeeping staff is attentive and (although a room will not be cleaned by default unless your stay is over 2 nights) can provide you with re-supplies if you happen to pass them in the hallway. The front desk is equally responsive.

At Embers restaurant it seems best to stick with the less costly dishes (standard American fare). Specialty items like what we had (a Jamaican Jerk dish) take longer to prepare and are not worth the wait. Otherwise find food alternatives outside of the hotel.

Closeness to restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff was courteous and efficient. The room was clean.

Feel the price per night did not equate to the room I received. Granted, there was a convention there during my stay, but I paid almost $900 ( 3 night stay) to look at construction and a parking lot. The room was on the dark side in terms of lighting even with all the lights on. A few minor things did not work in the room even though we were told the room was recently renovated. I have stayed at other Hilton properties and paid less but for a better room.

The location was right near a shopping center so I was able to walk to get whatever I needed

When I booked I wasn’t told that we needed to have wristbands bands for the pool and they told me I had to get another room to accommodate the amount of wrist bands I needed and then when I told them I would get another room they said they were sold out so I couldn’t get any more wrist bands or my money back or get another room so it was a waste. They should have said that when I asked before booking.

Timothy went above ad beyond to be helpful to us. He is great employee. He asked us if we needed help. We were looking for an ice machine. He took our cups and filled them with ice from the kitchen. When he saw us sitting outside, be brought us a bucket of ice! I believe he works in facilities. He is not wait staff but was so helpful and pleasant

Very comfortable room and bed, very clean, housekeeping was fantastic, the staff was always great. Easy check in and checkout. The ability to text to ask for an extra blanket or towels is very nice

Food wasn’t always great in the restaurant or cafe. The food outside for the bbq was great though!

Generally ok, clean and functional, but clearly needs updating in many ways. No soft close toilet seats in 2023? could not find USB outlets and regular outlets for chargers were hard to find and access; again, 10+ years behind the curve. could not find the wi-fi password, again, time to catch up. Check in staff was superb, bed, linens, pillows all very good, ok tv channels, nice river view. Decent value.

Top floor room

The chess tournament meant there were no seats in the lobby,and when waiting for my daughter I had to stand for over 10 minutes because people left backpacks and jackets on chairs. I am recovering from a physical ailment that makes being on my feet for very long very difficult.

bathroom have not been updated (same condition as my last 2 stays) clear marks of water damaged could have better bath products (only soap bar provided) extremly noisy: no sound insultation between the rooms

The room was very big. The cookies they gave us upon arrival were a nice surprise!

A window in our room had a leak, and cold air was coming through. The room would not warm up. We had to leave the curtains closed all the time.
