Clean. Love the hot tubs.

The guy at the desk was trying to refuse my guest to stay with me because he forgot his id at home, I had stayed there a few times this past 6 months and I didn’t know they had literally just changed this policy and he was not going to let him stay and I would have had to run home an hour away to get it. He even had another state id that I had to BEG HIM to let us use because it didn’t have a birthday on it. Your allowed one guest, why is my guest being harassed for ID when the room and payment is in my name. Then I have asked for an extra towel and they tell me no, that they’re are enough in the room. They forgot to take into account that there is a hot tub that gets the towels wet. As a paying customer, I should be allowed to ask for a. Additional towel

We didn’t have the option to request fresh bedding & check in was 4pm & when asked can I check in at 3:30 they told me they were going to charge me an extra $20. At the hotel I work at , we don’t do people like that. We’re there to accommodate the guest so therefore if a guest needs to check in early on a day when it’s not busy and I have plenty rooms available, I’m gonna let them check in if a guest gets in at 3:30 and the reservation is 4 PM and I have rooms available. I’m gonna let them check in at no charge.

I liked everything about the property, I liked my room , the room was my favorite color (pink) and it was my birthday/engagement anniversary too. I liked the whole Suite , the Hot tub in the room was the best part. We also loved the bathroom very clean

I didn’t like that I couldn’t change the Chanel’s in the bedroom I thought it was very annoying we had to watch only one tv show but good thing we brought our tablets for tv entertainment. Also the bed is very nice , a lot space but it definitely was a stiff mattress but still i definitely would come back 100% . I also think it’s a little unnecessary to not allow company of friends or family. I definitely understand no extra people , no parties but to not have visitors at all is Silly. I Understand why though it’s about Couples having quality time , which is always something that’s needed definitely 🩷 still we enjoyed our time and I had the best birthday/ Engagement anniversary ever with my fiancé.

The room was very spacious I loved the double shower and separate toilet. The tub was to die for would definitely recommend.

I didn't like that I reserved a smoking room and when I got there they had no smoking rooms available saying the last one sold last week when I had put the reservation in the week he saying the last one was sold and he was very rude about it. There were also ants in the room. Don't leave food out if you want to have it the next day.

LOVE the walk in shower with the double heads. Water temp was perfection! The King sized round bed is awesome. Wish it was a little more comfy but was very spacey!

Nicer comforter. The high hat light in the room was hanging from wires. The mirror was cracked and covered with silver tape, which just downgraded the experience. The fireplace is REAL, not electric (which is my fault for assuming but still sucky).

The room was very neat only problem was the Tub one side of it didn't work to get the full experience. But other then that everything was very nice . But for your money you want things right.

I very much did not like customer service the guy at the check in was very rude. He needs to learn how to talk to people. If he doesn't like his job he shouldn't be working there.

Location was superb, room was clean, tub was clean, room met our expectations for our first time in a couples room. Shower was awesome. Will absolutely stay again. Stayed in the sweet heart suite, and it was beautiful.

First desk dude was rude, but it was only a quick encounter, so who cares. Only one jet worked in hot tub, but it was still very relaxing.

I like that it had private entrance & not to far away from dining/mall.

I didn't like that the lady at the front desk didn't offer me two keys. An she stated more than once about how many people that was on my booking & no-one else was welcomed.As if I was going to have a party....I also didn't like that the room didn't have a dimmer. It's multiple lights in the room however, all options the room was still to bright.

I love the size of the room . It was roomy for two people, especially the shower! I loved the hot tub and it was very quiet and definitely sound proof. Will return again!

Nothing not to like. It was a little dated and the blow dryer didn't work. But other than that no complaints here ;)

The room was comfortable, and some of the amenities needed to be repaired, for example, the mini fridge was missing the door brackets which limited the space inside. Also, the handle to the jacuzzi tub was broken. Some of the recessed light fixtures were hanging out.

There was no phone in the room, and the direct TV kept going out.
