This was one of the best motel stays I've ever had. Check-in was easy. The room was pretty much what we expected (a fold-out couch, two queens, a TV on a dresser, a full bathroom, and a small table in the room). Everything worked. Everything was clean. The pool was small, but nice and fun. It was great that they had towels at the pool. The motel's just off I-15 in St. George on the southern end, so a little bit quieter than some on the main drag. Breakfast lived up to it's billing: waffles, French toast sticks, cereal, bagels, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, bacon, juice, milk, yogurt, coffee. Check-out was just as easy. We'll be looking this place up again for future St. George hotel needs.

Nothing really; we had no complaints.

Clean room with comfortable queen beds, lots of pillows, and plenty of storage space. Appreciated the sofa, as well as the kitchenette details - microwave, mini fridge/freezer, and stocked coffeemaker. Loved the spacious and well-lit bathroom with plenty of hot water in the shower. Jacuzzi was surprisingly roomy and actually properly hot! Complimentary hot breakfast is very respectably stocked and prepared. Helpful staff all around.

Rooms are carpeted, and in our case, it was stained in a few places. All table lamps had cold fluorescent bulbs, giving the room a cold, ghoulish vibe. Overpowering air freshener fragrance in room, and since windows don't open, there is no way to air out the aroma.

The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The heated pool was a huge bonus. The breakfast had a little of everything (eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, the whole shabang). Felt safe and was in a good area and close to everything. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Floors in rooms could definitely use some cleaning (had stains) and a little outdated, but still worked fine. The breakfast options ran out quick, but the staff would replace with fresh product after a little bit.

Very large comfortable room! Sofa lounge area is relaxing! Wonderful friendly staff! Location is fantastic, walking to restaurants and fast food. Easy on and off the highway. Hot Breakfast is very good and nice variety! Ample parking. Nice pool but didn't use. Check in/out was quick and easy. Very clean room and entire facility. Comfortable bed!

With such a large hotel, parking close to the room was a bit awkward trying to find close spot. And rooms are even on 1 side and odds the other. Very different but still a great hotel.

Great location as far as proximity to restaurants & other conveniences.

I requested a room either on the first floor or near the elevator. I got placed on the second floor on the complete opposite end of the elevators location. I should have confirmed when I checked in, but by that time, I was too tired from the long walk back & forth that I simply made the best of it.

We had to do a last minute reservation because we had our toddlers and had been driving for a while. We got there maybe around 10 pm and had requested a crib in the room. When we checked in, the crib wasn't in the room but the gentleman at the front brought it within 5 minutes. Also our key working after using a few times but the again the gentleman at the front desk was able to help us and maintained a great attitude. I wish I could have gotten his name so his manager could see this. Most front desk employees are not that friendly and no matter how clean or fancy the hotel is you always remember how rude their employees are. oh and their free breakfast was great too! I was able to take some cereal to my kids back in our room while my husband got them ready before checkout.

Everything was great. no complaints

The location was very good. The breakfast for the most part was good, scrambled eggs don't usually taste good when left out in those containers but that is everywhere. The room was quiet. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. The first day we were so tired and did not want to go and look for somewhere to eat. Nice having 5 choices within walking distance. The city parks were very nice.

The carpet in the room looked old and no matter how often you clean it, there are things that just stay. Having it in the bathroom is not very hygenic. The lights in the bathroom however were very nice.

Breakfast was superb hot and cold. Great value for families. Staff are nice. Location near many restaurants and fuel. The guy who checked me in was very helpful. He had a tear drop tattoo and inquired about the military. I hope he decides to try to join despite his fears for his pass. Choose Air Force my friend.

Nothing

Everything was perfect at this hotel. We have stayed there four times now as we travel through the Soutwest US area. The staff is always great, the rooms are perfect for our needs. We love the location and the view of the area every time. Overall we will stop by here every time we travel to or through St. George UT. Kudos to the Staff and Management at this facility.

There has been nothing that has disappointed us while staying at this hotel. The staff is awesome, breakfast is always and and greatly appreciated. The rooms are consistently clean and well prepared for travelers in this area. Well done!

The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The hot tub was a good way to spend the end of the day.

While sitting on the couch every so often it seemed to shake. It was like an air conditioner was rattling from the floor below. I am not sure if that is the case but it was weird.
