The pools were nice. The staff was great. Especially in the Mita cafe

Food was bland and the buffet didn’t have many different options. I have been to many all inclusive resorts and this by far has the worst selection of food options. I also did not like the swim up. My husband is 6’2 and this is no way a swim up for adults. It’s more like a kiddie pool

The hotel was beautiful. Our room had a beautiful view of the jungle and the mountains and we didn't miss having an ocean view. Staff was amazing and food was great. Surprisingly, we were was not bitten by mosquitos! Beautiful spa with a cold dip and giant relaxation area. This hotel was relaxing and we had no problems, but I would not return because of the size.

The hotel is humongous: it has hundreds of rooms, requires lots of walking, and the elevators are complicated. The timeshare people were aggressive and denied the gifts they offered. There is nothing outside near the hotel. Taxis to the next town are expensive. Hotel with kids was attached to and shared facilities with an adults-only sister hotel.

over all it was fantastic stay. staff was excellent! clean, great activities for kids especially the day care all very secure. the food was all so good.

the only thing is the beach, it is not the best for leisure. it is way to rocky.
