Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke great English. The buffet breakfast was exceptional because there was plenty of food and wide variety of cuisines offered in one place. Definitely value for money. The hotel room was clean and maintained well, had all essential items. Mini bar affordable. Great family entertainment for kids with an under cover play area of play equipment a mini jumping castle, colouring in and table tennis.

The sports bar and spa were both closed for renovations. The room service menu is limited and slightly expensive, but you pay for the convenience.

- 2nd time staying. Spacious room, comfy bed, great breakfast buffet. Nothing to complain about. - The staff are exceptional. The protectiveness of staff at reception and breakfast buffet is top notch. I was queuing at reception, and the concierge who was vacant that time, approached me offering her assistance immediately. The staff at restaurant always around and alert trying to check customers eye contact asking for help. Their greetings were genuine. So far the best that I can recall compare to the same star level hotel I have stayed.

Almost nothing. I notice that the alley from room to elevator started to wear out.

The breakfast was excellent as usual. I always enjoy the various range of food offered during breakfast. The food is not only delicious but it is also satisfying. The room is spacious and clean.

The only downside is the unheated pool. The pool is beautiful, but the water is too cold. Please consider to have a warm pool because Bandung can be so windy and cold. I'm sure a warm pool will be a great selling point for this hotel.

The swimming pool is quite long, I like swimming. The hotel rooms are quite spacious with quite large windows. The counter and cleaning staff are friendly and very helpful.

I was staying at the hotel with my husband, at that time we used a taxi, when the taxi crossed the road, entered the hotel, my husband was shocked, our taxi was almost hit from the side, making him emotional, but the security guard at the entry portal answered my husband's questions/suggestions impolitely. The hotel manager compensated us with free breakfast. However, this incident made our mood and journey uncomfortable.

Everything! Let's start with the warm welcome from receptionist Firman, who also gave set of complimentary cookies for my little daughter. It's definitely cheers a day. The room is spacious and the double queen room is super great choice for family. Not to mention the breakfast. Various menu from traditional to international also some snack for kids like rambut nenek is need to appreciate. I also want to mention the matcha ice cream, it's so delicious. Will definitely stay in Hilton again when I visit to Bandung.

Nothing just need to spend more night i guess

The glass refillable water bottles in the rooms were excellent - a refreshing change from the usual plastic bottles provided by most hotels. Staff were very helpful, polite. The swimming pool and gym were attractive and tidy, the bedroom comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding! So many options including superb coffee and healthy freshly juiced vegetables, delicious Indonesian and European food. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable - when we asked if they had banana crisps and were told no, we were content with their answer. But lo and behold, 20 minutes later they brought out a plate of freshly dried banana crisps!! Incredible! Great job to the manager Yessi and team.

The swimming pool looks beautiful, but when using goggles underwater, the lichen growing between the tiles was very obvious, and you could feel it underfoot as well. If it had a good scrub /vacuum then the entire area would have been perfect. However, the little huts and kids area and bathrooms by the pool were all nicely maintained. The gym wasn't cold enough for my tastes, I was sweating buckets when running on the treadmil. I understand that could be a cultural difference, as the local people might find it too cold if the gym AC was turned cooler. I did appreciate the well looked after gym machines

The staff were amazing. Really polite, good out of their way to make sure we're comfortable, and reliable. They were definitely the main highlight. The room was clean and cleaning service did more than expected.

Our room were in front of the lifts and the soundproofing wasn't great. There were a few loud late nights that disturbed our kids' sleep.

The reception staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room was very well equipped with full height windows. We enjoyed our meal in the poolside Italian restaurant and spent some time relaxing by the pool. The breakfast was amazing, so many options from all over the World. Probably the best aspect of the stay.

We thought that it would be possible to walk from the railway station, but it wasn't that easy. With hindsight we should have taken a taxi.

The breakfast was awesome and the location was great looking over the pool. Genta made our stay perfect if it was for him our holiday would have been different. Nice but different. He a friendly pleasent kind person which stands out in our minds. 100% ++++ to him.

Can't answer that 1 as there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great location only minutes from the train station. Lovely pool area with Italian restaurant and soft play. Room was lovely and big and the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was also incredible with the biggest section I have ever seen.

The pool was a little too cold, my children had to get out as they were freezing after a while. The food in the Italian was lovely but the portions very small for the price. (A lot more expensive than local food).
