I have to start off by saying that I highly recommend staying at this property. The decor is fantastic, very tastefully decorated, it is immaculate, the rooms, the restaurant, the hallways, and even the garage are kept very clean and tidy. My wife and I stayed here with our two teenage children, booking two rooms between us. We could not have been happier with our choice. breakfast was included, and was very generous, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was very convenient to have a parking space in the underground garage. Next time I find myself in Shkodra, I will absolutely be staying here again.

Our stay at the Junior Suite was amazing! The room and overall hotel is beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, respectful and very helpful. We arrived early in Shkodra and they made sure our room was ready by 12pm when the original check-in time is 3pm. Thank you for that! The location is amazing and super close to Shkodras popular shopping street. We also really liked the breakfast concept, as all our chosen breakfast items were nicely presented and tasty. The offered variety was more than enough in our opinion and it was nice to see something other than the regular hotel breakfast buffet.

Two minor things: The wifi in our room was not great, especially in the area around the bed. Means that you could not even send a text message from there, sometimes the wifi even broke down. And a larger bin outside of the bathroom would be great to throw out larger bottles, bags etc. Still a 10☆ stay!

Oooh this was extraordinary experience indeed. Everything was perfect specially the recipcienist niveen. Oh god me and my friend can't thank her enough, truly for all the arrangements she helped us with and all were on point with a price that shocked everyone who asked us about later 😁 The hotel location is more than perfect, it's close to all interesting areas yet its far from all the noise. It's unique in its own way with very calming and cool design. The service at the restaurant were also great, at the morning the breakfast has three main dishes with huge portions and all taste great. The evening service also were great where we had few drinks. Definitely my choice of hotels at Shkoder, one to count on 👍

It's such a pretty, little hotel. Loved that is carefully decorated but not overloaded out cheesy at all. Everywhere you find little details that make you say "cute!" About the room itself, it was impeccably clean, beds and pillows are comfy, shower is great, and of course, it's pretty. Breakfast is tasty, super fresh. There are not so many options, but we really liked everything we ate. Personal is kind and attentive. The sisters in the reception are the best. Definitely if I've ever come back, I'll stay here again.

Just two cons with this particular room (we stayed in two different rooms) - Air conditioner was pretty poor. I think temperature inside the room was over 30 °C even with the AC in the lowest setting. It's better than the 42°C outside, but not that comfy for sleeping. -TV could be more modern

This is a very lovely hotel. The interior is beautiful, designed in a classical style but with a modern twist. The rooms are tastefully decorated, very clean with comfortabel beds. Our room also featured a cozy balcony. During the night, the rooms were very dark, which I liked. Breakfast was based on a menu that consisted of sweet and savory dishes to choose from. My recommendation is to add vegan options, because they only offered vegetarian. However, the sweet pancakes were very tasty. Parking was underground with a garagedoor that closes.

Good location for the shuttle pick ups for hiking trips. Simple rooms (no amenities like shampoo or tea/kettle) Friendly staff. Takeaway breakfast because we left early.

Booked this hotel specifically because they said we could leave our car during our hiking trip. At check in they said they were very busy and I might not be able to keep it in the carpark after all with no real explanation for what would happen otherwise. They said they’d let me know and never did so we just left it there like originally planned and everything was fine so unsure why they complicated original conversation. There was a dirty rag left in the bathroom when we checked in.

An exceptional stay at this lovely boutique hotel in the center of Shkodër. Everything was just perfect. Way before we travelled to Albania, Nevin, a very lovely employee was helping us plan our itinerary to the Albanian Alps. Super helpful and always had a smile on her face. The room was spacious and very clean. They even had our breakfast ready for us the next morning to go since we had to leave early morning. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to everyone and especially Nevin for your help and friendliness.

The room was light, modern, well laid out and clean. Fue bathroom was spacious and modern. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Eta on reception who helped arrange a day trip to Theth, gave advice on finding various places and onward travel. Fhe courtyard was lovely to sit in to have breakfast and when it was too hot in the sun. The location was excellent. It was two minutes from the bus station and main street. The rooms were quiet. Overall I can't recommend this hotel enough.

We have got exactly what we booked. The balcony was the biggest surprise for us with a wery lovely view. The bathroom is well equiped, everything was clean, the breakfast was not selfservice , but we have got everything we wanted to eat and also it was a great service and the breakfast was delicious. The garage is hard to approach but it's in the underground and also we felt our car in safe. The elevator is a great idea there.I would really recommend staying here. It's a lovely hotel, we felt like home.

Cocja Boutique Hotel is in a beautiful building with a prime location right downtown. The room was exceptionally clean, well lit, had a ton of personality. The staff was incredibly helpful and there is a beautiful cafe right through the lobby. We stayed at Cocja one night so we could take off for Theth in the morning. The staff helped us arrange the shuttle to Theth, prepared a to-go breakfast for us, and allowed us to keep bags safe in a locker for a few days.
