The location is great, just a short walk to the lively streets in the city center. We received a warm welcome from the staff and they were super helpful. They gave us tips on what to do and where to eat, and booked transportation for us. When we went on a day trip and left before the start of breakfast, they provided a breakfast to take with us. The room was cleaned daily. The beds were big and comfortable.

The only suggestion that I can think of is to put a separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. If we showered, the bathroom and the toilet were very wet. It was not a big problem for us.

Great value for money. The hotel was much better than the photos the bed was huge and super comfy, probably one of the biggest beds in the places I have stayed. Bathroom felt so luxurious and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, great variety and quantity which added to the value of the hotel. Easy free parking spots just outside of the hotels and overall I would highly suggest and recommend it!

We only stayed here for one night on our way to explore the Albanian mountains, but it was a very pleasant experience! The guy at the reception was great; we arrived quite late and he was able to arrange food delivery for us as their kitchen was already closed. We were also leaving very early the next morning, so they had arranged packed breakfast for us. The hotel was fresh, clean and modern. No complaints.

Our stay at Nord was the perfect base for doing a hike from Theth to Valbone. To help the rest of this review, this was our itinerary: one night at Nord, travel to Theth the following morning, do the hike from Theth to Valbone that same day, stay one night in Valbone, travel back to Shkoder via the ferry the next day, and stay a second night at Nord. The staff was super helpful in arranging transportation for us to get from Shkoder to Theth. And since we were leaving for Shkoder before breakfast started at Nord, they very kindly offered to make us sandwiches to take with us on our journey (along with water bottles)! They were also incredibly amenable to watching our bags for more than 24 hours while we went on our hike. Our second night at Nord (when we eventually made our way back from Valbone) was also great! And we were actually able to enjoy the breakfast the next day since we weren't leaving until later in the morning. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from the bus stop and pickup, which was perfect. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Shkoder!

Nothing - everything was great!

Pretty new hotel, walking distance from the city center. Great coffee, basic breakfast. Parking options in the street in front of the hotel.

Not a fan of the cigarette smoke around the terrace/restaurant. Dogs barking in the streets at night.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is apparently new, in a not very neat neighborhood, away from the city center. It has its own parking. The room was beautiful, very tastefully and luxuriously decorated. There was a welcome letter and fruit in the room - a small thing, but extremely nice and makes an impression. The young man at the front desk was absolutely perfect! He was extremely kind, personable, thoroughly professional, and moreover gave us perfect advice on places to visit - we didn't find such a good service anywhere else in the Balkans. Thank you!

- Breakfast was ordered for 9 o'clock and although we arrived a few minutes early, it was already cold. The selection is quite modest, but it is no drama. - Around 3 o'clock there was a lot of noise around the hotel, but we couldn't identify the source, so I don't know if this is the rule or the exception.

Very nice staff, brand new rooms, easy to park, the bathroom included shampoo etc and we had also fridge in the room. Nice breakfast.

In the entire hotel you can smell “smoke from cigarette” we are not used to it as in our country nobody can smoke anywhere inside or under the roof/patio outside.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel,perfect location of the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful(especially the front desk).Room was very nice,perfectly clean and with a beautiful view. Would definitely come back to stay here again and i highly recommend to the others 😊

Modern rooms and clean, nice terrace beside the restaurant where you can drink a coffee or have breakfast outside.

Some things as the doors and shower were broken in the room and not in a good condition anymore. It gets hot very fast in the room so that you need to turn on the air conditioning for the whole time. Breakfast was good and yummy but not a huge selection.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The position was very good 10min walk from/to the center and away from the noise. It was also very clean.

Maybe they should put a glass in the shower so that the water doesn't go in all the bathroom
