The hotel was right in the middle of Shkodër and the room was excellent. The hotel was good value for money. The staff were very attentive in general. I am coeliac and when I told the gentleman looking after breakfast, he got gluten free bread for me. Stella on reception could not have been more helpful and she organised a packed lunch for us as we left before breakfast started on our last day. This was free since we did not have breakfast and it seems to be common in Shkodër. Emmanuel in the spa was also very helpful. Note - if you need to follow a gluten free diet, the hotel should be informed beforehand so that they have sufficient stock.

I choose this hotel for its location, on the pedestrian street which is perfect for the restaurants and the bars. But I will come back to this hotel for the staff. Starting with the Receptionist Mirnisa who was really helpful and kind. Stella is another strong element who is caring about your stay to be the most unforgettable moment! Thank you very much for your advise, thanks to you I lived an amazing moment in Komani. Don't hesitate to ask her for advises. Emanuel who is in charge of the spa and fitness center was also very professional and kind! He provided great advise. For sure I will be back in this hotel thanks to the staff who made this stay one of the kind.

In spa center, the Turkish bath's door is not closing properly. It would be nice to fix it to be use as it should.

Included parking, staff was very nice. They made us breakfast to go when we told them we would be leaving before breakfast started. They let us keep our car there after check out while we had a tour. Sauna and pool were very nice after a couple days of hiking in Theth. Right on the main pedestrian walkway.

Slightly outdated carpet in the rooms. Our room directly faced the large mosque so we were woken up by the call to prayer in the middle of the night. How to get to the hotel with the car was slightly confusing and one of us had to get out to go ask where to park.

Great location but it is right next to the mosque so can hear the daily prayers. Steam room, sauna and indoor pool was great to have especially to cool down after a long day in the heat. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was newly renovated and was excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly and spoke good English. We came back few days later after hiking in Theth and they kindly stored our larger bags for us and also organised the bus to Theth for €12pp.

There should be a Hotel Colosseo in every city in the Balkans. This hotel has everything to offer visitors to the city. A good night's sleep. Beautiful balcony. An incredible bathroom, with shelves and racks. A nice breakfast. Competent and confident staff. Most everyone speaks English. If they don't, they make a effort to understand. Located on the main pedestrian street, you could not ask for a better location. Walking distance to the buses to Montenegro .

The hotel uses soaps and lotions from China. I hope that someone has investigated the chemicals contained therein.

We booked into this hotel because of the location and the pool - neither of them disappointed. We had a suite, which we wouldn’t normally be able to afford - was great value. Loved the location - close to restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - was pretty standard but fine for us. The pool was fantastic - it is inside, but really nice - especially when it was so hot outside. We were the only people using it when we were there.

The staff were wonderful! They were all friendly and hard-working. A special mention for Ergys, our cheerful and helpful breakfast waiter. And also a mention for the two Emmanuels - the receptionist and the manager of the gym and pool. They were always happy to help us with useful information and assistance, even when they were very busy. The location of the hotel is ideal - very close to the lively pedestrian area with its cafes and bars.

When we were there, the Turkish bath was not working, and the masseur was abroad, so we did not fully benefit from the spa, which was disappointing.

We did like the location, SPA and spacy room, the staff was very helpful and recommended very good place for a diner. The breakfast could offer a bit more of variety of main dishes, but we found everything we like.

To be honest there is not much what we did not like, it is not related to hotel, but it was really annoying to get woken up by loud prays from the mosque in front of the hotel at 5 o'clock in the morning. Our room's windows was oriented to the mosque.

The hotel is ideally located, right in the city center and at the beginning of the main pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and bars. Our room was nice and clean, and staff was very professional and friendly. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast and were served in a very friendly way by Ergys.

It's a pity that there is no direct access from the hotel to the parking.

everything about the property it’s amazing . i grow up in that town but left 26 years ago . the hotel its in the heart of shkodra . rooms are clean. staffs are amazing breakfast it’s very good . . i was glad i had a chance to stay there ,, sometimes they r all books , specially in summer . great stay . aver-all

i guess it’s it few hotels to not have iron in every room . that i don’t like it . should be one in every room .
