they gave me a free upgrade because the hotel was under construction,nice suite,builders in the corridor. jacuzzi didn't work but can't complain,there's scaffolding on the outside of the hotel so the views are obstructed.

Possibly the the worst breakfast iv had in any so called 4*hotel i have ever stayed in.broken coffee machine no milk,2 cold fried eggs,a hot dog and a piece of stale burek on a plate.No cereal,no fruit,not even a piece of bread. If you value a decent breakfast choose another hotel.i went to the coloseo hotel for my breakfast the following day.

Great location in the city centre, close to many restaurants and opposite the bus stop I needed to use. Check-in was quick and friendly. I was upgraded to a suite.

Breakfast was average. It was served in a room with only big round tables. Handy for tour groups, not so much for individual travellers. My room lacked coffee or tea making facilities. I also missed a light and power outlets at the desk.

Great value for money. An excellent base for all the Albanian Alps and such a great comfortable place to start and end your tough journey into the mountains. Nearby all the good resteraunts and has a good and lively vibe near the area. And the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They keep your luggage, arrange early breakfast if you have to leave early and are always smiling and willing to help. Great place!

Great hotel, very large room and bathroom. Balcony also. Excellent location! Free parking. Great staff, friendly, helpful and welcoming (especially the lovely lady (so sorry I don’t remember her name) who cleaned our room and showed us how everything worked!) English speaking reception, also so helpful as I don’t speak local language well 😊 Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and a lovely waiter! all in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

the only thing that would have made it even better for me would have been a kettle in the room for tea/coffee making 🙂

The location was top notch, central square near the old quarter and plenty of restaurants and the main attractions. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom has all you need, clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The breakfast could be a lot better: cold food (fried eggs, omelette), the toaster was slow for such a large crowd, few pastries and the coffee was truly dreadful. The hotel has a cool retro 70s feel though it’s been fully redone and it hosts large groups, but it’s all ok except the breakfast.

The young lady at reception was very helpful. First I was upgraded to a wonderful suite as they weren't particularly busy, then she organised a packed breakfast for me as I was leaving early in the morning. A great place to stay.

Hotel location was fantastic. Room size was huge with a balcony. Bathtub was big and had water jets. Room had good views. Staff were very helpful and were able to organise a taxi for us. Breakfast was good and the staff are very helpful there. If you need to leave early they can prepare an early breakfast for you.

Bed was uncomfortable, mattress very firm. Call to prayer was very loud as they're right next to the mosque. No mirror outside of the bathroom. No concept of eco friendliness, kept replacing toiletries and no option to stop them.

Very clean the staff where very professional

The food was not good breakfast was cold and no set menu the bar staff front of house where very nice the young boy was very professional and the bar lady but good quality not good at all

I first stayed in this formerly government-run hotel in 1989 when the rooms were very basic. Someone has recently spent a very large amount of money on it and it is an extremely good quality hotel. I arrived much earlier than expected and a very nice receptionist took pity on me and gave me a suite for the price of a room. (€63) the bed was very comfortable, there was a mini bar in the room and the bathroom boasted a Jacuzzi. I had to leave very early so didn't get a chance to sample breakfast.

It's nitpicking, but the shower pressure could have been better. The suite, although spacious and comfortable, directly faced what I believe to be the biggest mosque in Albania with what appeared to be the most powerful PA system in the Balkans from which there are emanated regular calls to the faithful at very high volume. Entirely pointless, as the population of Shkoder is mainly Roman Catholic.

Best host service I ever had in a hotel. They were extremely kind, helped me with everything I needed, they went an extra mile to solve some issues that I have, it was amazing! Breakfast is incredible, they allowed me to let my luggage on the hotel during my trip to Theth and they helped me to find a solution on where to park my car while I was doing my hike in Theth. Besides that, the location is one of the best in the city, near everything that you need. And the rooms are huge and very comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Nothing
