I loved this hotel. Excellent location with easy check-in. The room is large, bright, and quiet, with excellent air conditioning. It comes with a kettle, coffee, tea, and minibar in the fridge. The bed is comfy with plenty of nice pillows. The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. I especially loved the breakfast across the street at the Oro Lounge - so delicious. Sarah was very responsive to my WhatsApp messages.Thank you, Sarah, for making our stay in Shkoder special.

It would be nice to have a safe in the room. It's difficult to fault this lovely hotel. We travel 80% of the year and Oro Hotel is one of the best!

Stella who owns this small boutique hotel is wonderful. Very prompt with messaging and answering questions. She gave very detailed instructions to access the entrance and even moved her car for us so we could park right out front. The room itself is extremely clean, brand new and modern, whilst feeling very homely and inviting. The finishes are detailed and the room well styled. Even better than the photos show! Most importantly the bed was THE COMFIEST we have had in the whole of Albania so far. The hotel is right next to a lovely park and is an easy 10min walk through the pedestrian only area to the main strip of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in Shkoder. And to top it off, breakfast (included) is served sit down at the lounge across the road or packed to take if you are heading out early. We loved our stay so much we have decided to book another night after coming back from our hiking in Theth and Valbone. Thank you very much for a hospitality.

Honestly, it was all fabulous. Just an fyi that the hotel is up one flight of stairs, but this is very easy to manage!

We stayed twice, location,staff,check in and checkout is very smooth Staff is exceptional friendly and helpful Good soundproof windows, AC and blinds let You sleep even when outside is 30c+ Breakfast is massive and in very nice lounge bar just across the hotel ( don't skip them) Location as well is great, everything is literally 5min walking radius

Close to coffee shop with delicious cakes. New facilities, quite, comfortable queen size beds and bathroom, big screen TV with good reception and Wifi. Was upgraded to a family room and presented with a lovely plate of sliced fruit.

Arrived late and found it difficult to park. Hotel found us an overnight parking space later. Couldn't find the hotel entrance as there was no sign on the doors. Since the hotel is new, the sign was still being made. Hotel had sent a picture to say which door was the entrance, but we didn't have any wifi to see it before coming

We stayed at this modern little hotel twice. The rooms are well designed, clean and has a luxurious feel. Both times were pleasant and fully lived up to our expectations. The hotel is located near the street where all the buses leave eg. For the mountains and the city Center. Even though there where hardly any noise from the streets. The second time however the maneger and her staff went out of their way to help us when one in our party fell sick. We felt in very good hands. Would highly recommend them.

A young enterprising Albanian lady has relatively recently and successfully started a new hotel in the centre of Shkodër. The small hotel is located right next to the large and visible Grand Hotel Europa. All rooms (and the reception) are on the first floor. Everything in the hotel is new. The rooms look very nice and are well maintained. This lady has made a good deal with a small restaurant across the street where hotel guests can go for breakfast. The day before you have to choose from several menus. The breakfast is ample and varied. The hotel is located a short distance from the street where the intercity buses stop. 100 metres to the west of the hotel is a mosque and 300 metres to the east another one. However, these did not disturb my sleep at night and I stayed in the room closest to the main street. The hotel is actually located at the beginning of Rruga Willson which is a smaller side street of the larger and busier Rruga Studenti but at night I didn’t experience any noise from that at either. My room at the front had very large windows, lots of light and of course air conditioning. It was one of the nicer rooms I had during my Albanian journey. Very spacious and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room. Also a very good bathroom. Behind the avenue where the buses stop you have the old town and the well-known street with the beautiful traditional buildings. Now, however, almost all of these have become a restaurant or a café. So many places to eat and drink are nearby. The famous old Mesi bridge is located outside Shkodër at about 7 kilometres. Easy to reach by taxi and it’s best to have him wait there. A visit to the beautiful historical bridge doesn’t take very long. The Rozafa castle is located on the other side of the city. About a half-hour walk from the hotel.

Small hotel with only 7 rooms. Service is personal due to this. Hotel is open for only 2 months yet when we were there. Location around the corner of some local restaurant are. On the other side of the main road you have the more tourist restaurant area. First rainshower in Albanie with enough power! We loved it!

Well, you could hear the music from the lounge on the top floor of the building. We stayed here during the week so the music stopped on time but this could cause a short night in the weekend

Pros: modern rooms, good AC, location in city center, great quality shampoo and soap, amazing staff Stella who was very responsive and helped us organize all tours and arranged breakfast to-go boxes

Cons: not clean! Our room had previous people towels left hanging in the bathroom and lots of hair on the floors and full of dust on the window shelves. It’s obvious that it wasn’t cleaned properly, and likely no deep clean was done since the hotel opened a few months ago.

EVERYTHING! The room was modern and well cleaned, staff were lovely and fast to respond, breakfast was yummy and included in the price. AMAZING price for such a place with breakfast included for 3 of us.

Good location and the personnel was super kind and helpful with the advice and information provided. The bedroom is very nice and has good infrastructure.

The bedroom was smelling cigarette smoke in a way that it was unpleasant if we would have had to stay longer. Also, the toilet lid was not properly cleaned on the outside, when closed, which for the quality of the hotel was unexpected
