The hotel was modern, had welcoming staff on reception, quick and easy check in, lovely big, clean rooms and bathrooms, the cleaners done a great job everyday, the breakfast had a huge range to pick from, the bar staff were friendly.cant fault the location, 20minute walk to the centre and felt safe walking around, had lots of coffee shops nearby as well as a little shop inside the hotel for if you wanted snacks. The lady on reception gave us a free cookie for the summer day celebration, she explained what the holiday was about and gave us alot of great information.

There was only 2 things I'd change, the storage room for the luggage when you checked out wasn't locked and staff didn't come with us whilst we put our bags in there so I felt like it wasn't as secure as I'd like, also had key card issues an hour before check out it just stopped working and I had 3 trips to reception before this was fixed. But again staff were helpful and friendly and got it fixed for us.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of abundance. All freshly cooked. The pancakes in particular and love the cheese and the desserts. Also, the size of the room is very good and so is the view. Check in went really smooth and the staff is very nice.

There were no amenities in the bathroom: no dental kid, no vanity kit. We asked for them and the staff brought it up but they should be in the room from the beginning. Also, the bed was a bit narrow. Still, small issues that can be fided.

I accidentally booked a stay at the Hilton for the wrong date and unfortunately didn’t realize until it was too late. Even though I missed the reservation, the hotel kindly did not charge me. I truly appreciate their understanding and flexibility, it speaks volumes about their customer service. I look forward to staying with Hilton in the future and highly recommend them for their professionalism and care for their guests!

- We booked this at the last minute due to an issue with our original booking at another hotel but it turned out just fine. We spent a night here, had breakfast and left so we did not use the property as such - Breakfast was very good compared to what we had all over Albania. Made to order eggs, pancakes, all you could ask for really - There are restaurants in the vicinity but they all close by 22:00 barring a KFC next doors - Free basement parking which was a great plus - Local sim and exchange houses at walking distance

- Staff seemed a bit cold. When i checked in they said i can convert Euros for local currency at a rate of 1 euro=100 lek. Next morning when i asked to convert the lady at the reception said we dont do that here which seemed very odd.

- It's a good quality hotel overall, there is one thing I would like to specifically praise and that is gym. I work out regularly and it's rare that I find a hotel where I can do a good workout. Mostly because majority of hotels purchase some stupid machines which take a lot of space and the important things are missing. But here I was super happy with how well equipped the gym is given the amount of space. Well done 👍 - Underground parking lot. If you want to park, don't miss the turn to the parking (there's a sign) which comes before. After that there's no way to turn around as it's a one way street and you would need to drive around the block.

Elda at the reception was very helpful. Generally, very helpful staff. Close to the city center. Wonderful cafeterias around the hotel. Most of Tirana within walking distance. Took a bust from Tirana bus station to reach there (having come from Sarande). Tour guide dropped me to airport on return a few days later - we had gone to Shkoder in the morning (great day trip), and the airport was on the way back

Gym needs to have kettle-bells. No trainer around both times I went.

The hotel is very beautiful and its location is excellent. There are restaurants and markets around it in an upscale and safe neighborhood. The reception staff are highly experienced and excellent. There is a washing machine and dryer for use on the sixth floor. There is also an iron and ironing board. We loved this hotel very much and I recommend it for families and married couples as well.

All was very good in this hotel. Especially the free parking space was a good asset in this city full of cars and traffic (just don´t forget to let validate the ticket at the reception every day).

Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good for Albanian standard, with a changing "local specialty" every day.

Everything as to be expected! Very nice stay. I just do not understand the TV logic of having only local channels (only 1 in English - news channel). No Netflix option (TV set not smart enough) or minimum of some international channels in English. For this type of hotel I would expect a better TV setup.

The staff were eager to please and the room was good. The location of the hotel is great - just a 30 minute nice walk to city center, down the river. The locality had many eateries and cafes within walking distance.

Breakfast could have had more hot dishes for vegetarians. The meal menu did not cater to vegetarians at all, barring a few standard dishes like pasta.
