Great hotel, great location, liked everything. Very friendly staff, especially the receptionist Joana. Helped and advised. Very tasty and plentiful breakfasts and dinners. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel .

Good location, the bus station, is not too far, the guests can use the spa of the next hotel. The personnel is helpful, the breakfast is good. The spa is good, on saturday afternoon is too busy but other days is ok.

The access to the spa and to the breakfast is interesting, there are only a few indication on the wall, but nothing at the liftdoor. To find the way back from the spa is the worst because in the lift is wrong instruction. The whole complex is a labyrinth.

Front desk people were all very helpfull and friendly and I spoke to four! Teriffic location 10 minute walk from National Bus Station. I chose this hotel because it is one of a few that has a roof top terrace with a view. See my pic. The pool, hot tubs, steam and dry sauna are up top also.

Swimming pool, Sauna and Gmy you can use at the top of the floor and it is share with other hotel, the room is quite large and clean. The receiption is very nice and always smile 😊.

The wifi speed is quite slow but it still can use.

Perfect all the way around! Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was included and was varied and fresh. There were also 2 restaurants on site. There is a pool and spa in the neighboring property that those who stayed at the Palace were allowed to access as part of the price of the room. The location was perfect to get to the main sights within the city. Also city buses are plentiful and very inexpensive, and about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the terminal for international service.

The hotel was in a great location and offered good value for money. Breakfast was extremely good.

I arrived from Barcelona at midnight and received a very poor greeting from the night porter who took a while to get me checked in. Also I had a two night stay but breakfast was only included for one night, leaving me to pay again for my last breakfast. I am not sure why this is.

The location is great, easy access to most of Andorra la Vella and an easy base for shopping. Short walk (up or down hill) from the main bus station.

No chargers near the beds. It's an older (lets say 90s vibe hotel) so it wasn't designed for our modern day always on connections. The rooms could use some additional chargers closer to the bed heads so one can recharge.
