We have had a fantastic week in this hotel, and the location is great, a short walk to the centre of Andorra la Vella. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. We had a big double bed and a sofa bed for our 2 year old. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special mention for Julio who was very friendly and made us feel at home. The car parking service is highly recommended as parking in Andorra is hard and expensive, and for 30€ a day is definitely worth it for a stress free holiday. We had dinner one night in the restaurant instants and the food was delicious. On Saturday evening there was a man playing the grand piano which was beautiful just to sit and relax with a glass of complimentary cava. We would use this hotel again..

Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

It's no big deal, actually saved us some calories, but we thought it was strange the mini bar items we consumed didn't get restocked.

Great hospitality from the reception desk, welcome cava, spacious and nicely designed room. Refined breakfast options with hot meals directly served to the table, valet service.

Before our stay we got a little surprise - after booking we received message that due to renovation SPA will be not available. This information was not at booking.com at the time of reservation. Spa was one of the reasons to choose that hotel. Fortunately everything went well, hotel postponed start of renovation and we could enjoy almost private SPA.

Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me out with my questions on sightseeing and shopping. I also spent an hour at the spa as part of my package and enjoyed the facilities.

It was 30 Euros parking per night for my rental car. Staff were very kind to assist me with parking the car and also driving it up when I went out for excursions. It was quite challenging to find the hotel on the first day due to the one way streets. Note that there wasn't much wifi available even though we had roaming packages.

Everything was great, helpful and polite staff, superb location, big parking, wonderful atmosphere.

The room was not that big as it should be at 5*, the parking is not for free, sheets not changed everyday, one elevator was always off for “Maintanence”. Also I don’t recommend their Italian restaurant for special occasions as our Christmas dinner was not what we expected and paid 115€ pp at all. Food was best to say mediocre but suggested ad and served in Michelin style. The lonely play by bass violin artist didn’t compensate for it and at least should have been accompanied with some other instrument. To sum up all the aforesaid, overall stay should have been less expensive and the special event at the restaurant worked through before selling it for such price.

This hotel was a 'treat' booking for me on my 3-week trip through southern France, and it did not disappoint - very modern, very well equipped (hotel and room), felt very luxurious. Quite pricey but worth it. Lovely, helpful staff, as good a location as one might expect in Andorra la Vella - good supermarket nearby and good-enough restaurants.

The location was perfect nearby shops and restaurants. Sound proofing was excellent. Although there were constructions at the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The spa was nice and you can enjoy it for free an hour per day with specific timing for kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which was solved immediately.

From arrival to departure, everything was top level and customer centric. The concierge parked our car, attached it to a charger (Tesla). The next (departure) day our car was in front of the hotel, fully charged.
