Elegant hotel in the middle of La Massana, just across the road from the cable car (we didn’t go up as we had other purpose for visiting Andorra). Comfortable rooms, bed especially, bathroom with bathtub, very much appreciated. Very helpful for us was the fact that they accept pets❤️. The breakfast was excellent and at a very good value. We could park on the hotel reserved spots just outside, and for free, which is a big bonus in Andorra. We didn’t try the spa, maybe next time. For sure we’ll stay again when in Andorra.

Everyone the staff and restaurant waiters were very friendly and helpful. They spoke French , English fluently. We love the spa !

The hotel rooms are quite old , need some renovations and install aircons . Fortunately there is a balcony so it isn’t so stuffy .

I’ve stayed here many times over a 20 year period. The rooms haven’t changed however the hotel staff always welcoming. The breakfast is always good. Always clean and welcoming.

The bedrooms haven’t changed over the years and desperately need an update however they are always clean and bathrooms although could do with an update they are well appointed.

The location was very good and we were able to park close by. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very nice.

We weren’t informed there were ski lockers on our arrival. There were no tea and coffee making in room which seemed poor for a 4 star hotel. There were no hot options for breakfast such as scrambled eggs although you could have boiled egg

very nice hotel in the alpine resort style, very nice pool and saunas. Great location close to andorra la vella, few meters from cable cars to ski slopes, and to village of ?orbino? to the north with nice museums

Room was very nice, comfy bed though we had 2 x single beds instead of double requested. Breakfast was very good, all the staff were very attentive. Bar was nice and had log fire which made it very cosy.

although I have mixed feelings about the ethics of airconditioning, I expected a hotel at that price to have airconditioning in the rooms.

I have been staying in Rutllan several times and so far it's best option for me in La Massana. Addition to great location they have best breakfast and Sauna in Andorra (stayed in ~10 other hotels in Andorra).

Lovely staff, comfortable room and bed. Mostly lovely meals here. Always enjoyed breakfast. I like vegetables and we didn't get many with our meals.

Meal times were late for us. From 8 - 10. Too eat a big piece of meat at this time, was just too late. We lay awake at night feeling full. The rooms were quite warm, dining area quite cold, but our biggest issue was not being able to sleep.
