Great location only a 5 minute walk to the central road. The staff was very helpful and kind. We had some mantainance issues in the bathroom and they were resolved at the same day in which we brought it up to the attention of the staff.

They don't allow you to pay in pesos by card and don't really specify why, so you can't benefit from the new "tourist dollar" this way. Your best option would be to pay in cash then, but be aware that there is only one decent exchange spot in the city and it's really packed, so I'd advice to exchange your pesos in Buenos Aires for better rates and shorter queues.

Modern well designed units with all you need. Tea/coffee making facilities and a decent buffet breakfast. It’s an easy walk to all the restaurants/cafes.

They don’t accept cash payments without charging you an additional 17%…it’s the same in other el Calafate places…but all the other places we stayed in 5 weeks in Argentina did not do this. It’s annoying and should be stated in the booking advert just like if a place doesn’t accept cards.

Very clean room in a modern facility. Staff was helpful & friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good, although I found the coffee to be sub-par. It's in a residential neighborhood a few blocks from the main street in town, over a small footbridge & down a dirt road, but it didn't feel unsafe or even that inconvenient with respect to location. Restaurants were not that far away. I would stay there again.

Everything about this place was excellent. The staff upgraded our room which was such a treat, the buffet breakfast was incredible, and had a good variety of food. The shower was honestly amazing as well - good heat and pressure. It was also a short walk into town and close to a number of cafes and bars, it was honestly a holiday away from our holiday.

Front desk staff were excellent. They were all very helpful, one in particular, Julia, made our visit fun with her sense of humor and we mutually enjoyed her company. The location was good, we prefer walking, and everything we needed was convenient. The room and bath was spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was serviceable and the coffee plentiful.

There was not anything in particular that stood out as a negative.

Really nice hotel within a short distance (around 200m) from the town centre. The rooms were new and clean and they had all the necessary equipment. The reception stuff were very accommodating and friendly and they also gave us really good recommendations for restaurants.

The breakfast was OK but nothing fancy. The room was also on the small side without that being a problem though.

The room was simple but it had the basics that any traveler would need. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was ample and clean. The simple breakfast offered was fresh and filling. The staff had been wonderful from the start until we checked out. Julia took care of us well, she’s a sweetheart.

Bad WiFi connection, very thin walls ( I woke up early in the morning because I heard the alarm clock of my neighbors next door), breakfast choices are extremely limited.

Exceptionally clean, special thanks to housekeeping! Location is quiet but 5 min to the Main Street. Very helpful staff. You may ask them whether you need a tour or a taxi. Extra blankets. The room has also heating if you feel cold.

The apartment was spacious with a modern bathroom, comfy large double bed and handy kitchenette. We had room to park the car and the main strip was within walking distance.

There were spiders outside the bathroom window.
