If I could give more stars for the view, I would. The location of the hotel was exactly as I hoped for. You need a car to get there but the view from the room was beautiful. We only stayed one night but checked in and spent the afternoon walking along the lakeside and enjoying the view. All the staff we met were helpful and pleasant both before we arrived and during our stay. The service from the young guy in the restaurant was exceptionally good. Good menu in the restaurant and good buffet breakfast - mostly pastries but that was good for us. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and supportive and the breakfast has a great variety of choices. Much more than some other Argentinien hotels. It is worth spending a little bit more money for the stunning lake view.

The furniture was outdated, the sink cloaked and the lobby looked like it was empty which was a pity due to the view you could have enjoyed there. Therefore it was lacking coziness.

Nice sized room, comfortable beds, clean, good shower. Loved the breakfast buffet, which included eggs, as well as all the other expected items. Plenty of on-site parking available. Nice views of the lake and quiet area well removed from downtown area, so you might need a car, though the hotel provides a free shuttle to town in the evenings.

Before my stay at the hotel, I read the bad comments for breakfast. But they are not true. The breakfast has plenty of food. A lot of fruits and vegetables. The room was enormous and the view was amazing. There was some noise, probably because the walls were not enough isolated. But it was OK. Because this property exceeded our expectations we wanted to have one more night at the hotel, but unfortunately, it was full.

The price, the free shuttle into town. We told them it was our honeymoon and they left us a lovely gift in our room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Lovely view of the lake.

Its a bit out of the center but the hotel offer a free shuttle in.

Great room, great view and great service. The 5 min drive sure worth it.

The restaurant for me personally, didn't have the best quality food unfortunately. They were lovely but both our dishes weren't very good so we didn't eat in again.

Good sized room with views over the lake. Super helpful staff with changes to excursions and organising taxis into El Calafate

WiFi was weak but understand that is common in Patagonia.

Our room had a double door to an adjacent room but one of the doors couldn’t be closed and you could hear the people in the other room snoring

Nice and quiet place outside of town. Very easy drive or if you’re up to it, only a 30-40ish min walk which was actually quite nice. Good facilities, bathrooms modern and clean, bed’s comfortable and breakfast was standard. Overall would recommend

Friendly and helpful service. I was dying of a cold (man flu) so I kept asking for hot water to make tea to recover. Rest and tea is all you need!

The WiFi kept saying that it's not private/secure.
