Well firstly after almost 24 hous of traveling it was a relief that we could check in early and settle in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with arranging tours around the area. The rooms are newly done and modern in style. I loved the fact that there was a walk in shower and bidet in the bathrooms. Rooms were spacious and had a microwave, kettle and toaster as well as crockery. Breakfast was fair..boiled eggs, cereals , tea and toast..

Everything was good. Just a 10 min walk to town downhill so we always opted to take a taxi back . Maybe some fruit for breakfast would have been nice especially considering how lovely the fruit is during this season

Spacious apartment with facilities of hotel next door. Helpful receptionists. Tours pick up/ drop off to this hotel. Good views of Lake Argentina

Gas hob didn’t work properly but they called a plumber and provided an electric replacement. Also offered free housekeeping 10-15 minute walk to centre so taxi may be needed for less mobile

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Studio rooms were great, had everything you’d need.

Pillows weren’t the best and breakfast could have been slightly better, maybe some hard boiled eggs!

The hotel was very cozy, with a nice breakfast and great staff. They even accommodated gluten free preferences by providing some crackers with breakfast, which was very appreciated for my partner (and provided great information for dinner reservations down the street). Would definitely stay again!

You can’t decide about the room temperature. I believe it is a building system. The breakfast is not that good, the eggs were cold.

Great location, nice view over Lago Argentino and nice outside table to eat from (wind permitting).

Front cooker burner didn’t stay lit but we weren’t affected too much by changing over the pans. Everything else was fine.

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms vere comfy.

Would be great to have some hot dish for breakfast like scrambled eggs.
