Great and rich breakfast options, very close to the main street with all the bars and restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff. We decided to book a tour to Perito Moreno at the reception and it was the best decision ever! The agency is not taking the usual route that all other buses are taking but instead it’s taking an old road that enables you to enjoy the landscape and hear some nice stories about the history of the city and area. Our guide was absolutely great, we stopped multiple times to take pics and took a small walk to the glacier. I felt so glad that we decided on this tour, especially when I’ve seen all the packed buses at the site.

Rooms are a bit outdated, with only one or two plugs to charge your electronics. They need to put a bit better attention when cleaning as bedshits often have hair on it.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our group's stay. We arrived a bit early for the normal check-in time due to some changes in travel plans, and the staff were very welcoming and understanding, even allowing us to get into our room a bit early. Additionally, our room was clean and cozy, and the shower always had hot water... a perfect room for our group of travelers.

Probably nitpicky a bit as it was filling breakfast to fuel the body for travel/hiking/etc. but wouldn't have minded a bit more on offer.

Cute hotel with breakfast each morning! Perfect location just a block away from some of the best bars, restaurants and shopping. As soon as we checked in, we were provided with a map with popular locations as well as recommendations on things to do while we were staying in the area.

Our room and bathroom were a little small which we didn’t mind because we were barely there so perfect if you are wanting free breakfast, great location and not planning on spending time in the room itself

Every single staff member here is so good at what they do - they always have a smile for you and are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite good and it was nice to have a restaurant on the premises as an option for dinner, too. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

A more extensive enclosure around the shower stall would be nice to prevent the water from spraying around so much. The room was small, but I knew this when I booked it.

Nice breakfast and a mountain lodge ambiance. It is really close to the small downtown area. Staff is friendly, helpful and there is a bar / restaurant inside Del Glaciar. Good option in El Calafate!

I know this may be quite an investment as we are talking about dozens of rooms, but the door lock is very complicated to actually lock it and sometimes we felt it was locked but it was not - giving us the unsafe feeling. However, everything went well and there is nothing else to complain about.

Liked that Victorian style. Location at end of town was perfect. 1/2 mile to bus station where we walked to and from with backpacks and luggage. Good breakfast. Kept our luggage after ck out. Excellent staff. Extremely clean & spacious room with really good shower.

Beds were too firm for us but everything else was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

One of the power sockets in the room might've been faulty. We started charging two phones and a smartwatch in a single adapter and got some sparks. Nothing serious, and we were able to use a different one (one cell at a time, tho).

Location was good, the staff in the lobby and restaurant were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and practical.

The breakfast itself can be better, or a bit more variety. Beds and pillows were not fully comfortable and the temperature inside the room wasn’t adjustable. The sink kept dripping all night.

The location is fantastic. It is no more than a 5min walk into the centre of town with all the shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is quite, safe and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and happy to help with any tours and advice. The room and bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot water. I’m not really one for breakfast but it had everything essential and they made fresh scrambled eggs on request. The wifi is really good. I highly recommend and would stay again
