Staff was very friendly upon arrival, few places I’ve encounter with English speaking staff. Hotel was well designed, and rooms were clean. Not to mention , the breakfast alone was enough of a reason to revisit, lots of variety and quality food.

My only small complaint is the location is a bit further out, while close to the bus station, it’s still a slight walking distance, if you’re a solo traveller that don’t want to take a taxi. But it’s not too far, totally walkable, there’s a short cut from the bus station that makes the walk a little more enjoyable. But overall great value for what you get, would recommend for sure

We loved this hotel! It was so cozy and clean. We loved the room and amenities and the staff was very helpful. They booked us taxis and provided packed lunch for us to bring on our long tour days. Very pretty hotel with lots of space to hang out.

The hotel is a bit of a ways from the main area of town. It's great if you're looking for some peace and quiet, or if you have a rental car during your stay. We managed just fine walking a ways into town or calling a taxi, but it's not by the hustle and bustle of town if that's what you're looking for. They also do not have a restaurant. They provide breakfast, but in the evenings it is just a bar. Everything else was great!

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre, not really a problem unless it's raining! Very good breakfast for Argentina, there's fruit and scrambled eggs, several varieties of bread, in addition to the lovely croissants and sweet stuff, and all regularly refilled by the attentive restaurant staff. Nice restaurant, plenty of tables and natural light, with views of the garden. Rooms were a fairly good size for the level of hotel, clean and quite well equipped. Shower was good, hot water and nice shampoo and soaps provided. Beds were long but not very wide, but overall comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff are attentive and helpful.

Everything was good for the price and level of the hotel. This was our 3rd visit to Calafate and this must be one of the best value for money hotels there. Comfortable and clean facilities with attentive staff.

Good location at about15 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff spoke excellent English and were always very helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast - our second breakfast being especailly better as there was a fireplace in the restaurant that was lit that day which made it so much warmer. We would certainly stay again if we were i this area. There was an abundance of lavinder at the time of our stay (late February) that made for the most wonderful sleep imaginable. Maybe the hotel should consider making mall bags of it available for guest use as it also grows in the garden of the hotel.

Nothing of note except that the room safe was very difficult to understand. We had to call the manager twice as we could not unlock it having closed it with our usual code that we know very well.

Beautiful place, very quiet neighberhood. Staff is super nice even if there was a language barrier. Romme was super clean.

A little bit far from bus station if you use public transport. Uber / Taxi is not easy to get in El Calafate. Staff is super nice, but mainly speaks Spanish. I would have appreciate if they would offer a lunch box as we had breakfast included but needed to leave early morning to catch our plane.

The staff were lovely and the hotel reception area and sunny garden were lovely places to sit

The lunch box options were really poor (particularly in a hiking destination where everyone uses them) with the bleak sandwiches wrapped in miles of plastic. In 2024 hotels connected to National Parks should be much better and do more for sustainability than the standard signs about towels.

The breakfast was really good, lots of fresh fruit, pastries and scrambled egg on toast. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the Main Street which wasn’t a problem for us .

There was a strong smell of fumes in the corridor where our room was located that gave us both a headache. The hotel staff were helpful and we got moved to another room no problem.

Very comfortable room and tasty buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Great wifi and good shower.

In house laundry was very expensive (priced per item) but the "Laundry club" nearby was recommended by the staff and they had excellent service, quick turn around and good prices. Location was okay, a longish walk from the bus station with bags or into town, but not too bad!

Great location close to the town. Comfortable and clean room. Easy check-in and check out. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Wi-fi was good. Plenty of parking space if you are driving. We enjoyed our stay.

The tub/shower needs a bath mat to avoid accidental slipping. This seems to be an issue with showers in all the places we have stayed both in Chile and Argentina.

Rincon is a short walk into town . The staff were exceptionally helpful . The hotel was spotless with high quality linens & towels . The breakfast was very fresh and tasty .

The sandwiches which could be bought at reception were disappointing - the bread wasn’t great. However the breakfast selection was very good.
