For a hostel, it wasn't bad. We booked this last minute as we just needed a place to stay before an early morning flight the next day. We don't typically stay in hostels, so I had low expectations going in. It was nice to be able to book a private room and bathroom. The room was very basic but it had everything we needed. The staff were super nice and friendly and helpful. We didn't get to enjoy it, but breakfast was included (looks like it was just some toast and fruit), but still a nice touch. The had communal kitchen and game area. It was surprisingly quiet.

The location was a little further from town. The furniture, bedding and bathroom are a little outdated.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was someone available at all hours to provide recommendations for anything you need. The breakfast area turned into a bar/optional dining area from 5pm - 11pm in the evenings, including an outdoor patio area. This was separate from a bigger recreational room adjacent to the guest kitchen. Our private room was basic but very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable, plenty of blankets provided for the chilly night temps. The shower had hot water without fail. Housekeeping tidied the room daily. There was still some daylight until almost 11pm in January!!

Walls were thin and you could hear other guests if they weren't mindful but this didn't bother me too much. Our days will filled with tours and hiking so we were tired every night, regardless. Wifi, as others mentioned, was spotty (I read this in reviews so it wasn't a surprise).

It was a good location in between the bus station and the town. The room was cosy and comfy. The staff were really nice. They had a great laundry service for a great price. The kitchen is big with multiple hobs/sinks etc so many people can cook at once. The dogs are so cute

They said breakfast included but it's only sliced oranges and bread, everything else is additional which is a bit disappointing. All other hostels we've stayed in with breakfast included have had a lot more options. Other than that everything was great!

We had a private double twin room at the back which was overall very quiet (it always depends how your neighbours are behaving but this time, it was great), spacious, good beds, bedside lamps, a desk, good space to hang your clothes, a safe, very good bathroom with space to put your things, a window, good pressure. The staff at the reception is wonderful, helpful, efficient, friendly. A great stay of 4 nights!

The cleaning staff was kind of sloppy and had to be asked for twice out of 4 nights ...

The room was very comfortable and clean, and had everything I needed. The showers and toilets were also very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but with good quality bread and jams.

The bunkbed was very squeaky every time you moved, and having to make my own top bunk when I arrived after 1am wasn't the best, especially with someone sleeping in the bottom bunk.

I appreciated having a simple breakfast for free (toast, jam, coffee, oranges) and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and there was a lot of kitchen space and a luggage storage available.

The walls were quite thin and I imagine it if was busy season it could be quite loud. There are sometimes dogs roaming around which made me feel like the couches etc. might not be the cleanest, but I didn't mind sharing space with some doggies.

The receptionists were very nice. They help with everything.

If you book a non-cancellable room, they charge a 4% handling fee, which they don't inform you about in advance. The beds are very narrow, they creak when you move.

Staff very friendly and helpful in booking tours, shuttles etc. The rooms are warm and have excellent WiFi. Breakfast being included was nice (it was basic but absolutely good enough to get our day going!). Only 10-15 minute walk into town.

The heating cannot be controlled by yourself in the room so once it gets turned off such as at night it can become quite cold (majority of the time it’s fine).

Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi. Comfy bed. Hot shower. Big and well equipped kitchen with loads of stations, so many guests can cook at the same time. The friendly hostel dogs and cats that are always looking for cuddles :) Close to the main road, shops and restaurants.

You can't control the heating in the room yourself, so at times especially at night it was really hot.

There are many issues while i read the review on google and booking.com. When i stayed, everything was fine(except for WIFI). Especially all staffs are helpful and kind. They gave us the map and informations. This price and facility, i think it was reasonable and nice :) And for the payment method, we should check it more carefully.

For the Wifi... I can use it but slow... But i already knew it, so i just bought data in Claro:)
