The location is next to the bus terminal, 20min from the airport by bus/taxi and 15min walk to the city center. Very quiet yet convenient location. The staff was amazing, everyone was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nice and fresh. The variety was not that big, but whatever was there was very nice. They have bicycles for rent, and can help you with tour/taxi arrangements. Overall very nice and easy stay, can definitely recommend!!

They seemed to have a central heating system, and the rooms were quite warm, even with the heaters in the room switched off, but we opened the window during our whole stay, and the temperature was perfect. Luckily the street was not too busy at night.

Located slightly above and outside of the main street, I absolutely loved the vibe of this place and the street it is on. It is a very short walk from a great viewpoint. It's a very spacious hotel. Big lobby, big corridors, big room, big windows etc. Lots of wood. Being away from the main street gives it a more peacful vibe. I'd love to stay here again. Despite being a bit further out than most other hotels, all the day tours we booked still collected here.

Not me per se, but you will need to to either tackle several flights of stairs or a curving hill road to get to and from the main street and restaurants. Be aware of that.

A really nice property. My room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the operable window to let in cool and fresh air. The linens were soft and replaced each day. Plentiful hot water for showering. The common spaces are furnished with beautifully upholstered furniture. The restaurant food was delicious! The staff is warm, welcoming and professional.

The shower curtain did not keep all the water from escaping outside of the tub. Glass doors would be much better. The coffee could be improved - it was weak. But these two items are minor. The overall experience was excellent and the cost was reasonable. A good value!

Really helpful, friendly and kind staff! Comfy, quiet and warm rooms, after 10 hours of trekking it is important to recover strength and this hotel was perfect. Nice facilities. Delicious breakfast, excellent options for dinner! Tasty food to take away (prepared for tours). Not far from the city centre.

Room for improvement in facilities, like an electric kettle or hot water in rooms or hallways. Likewise, fridge or cold water supply.

The breakfast was good, however food and drink kept running out, and staff were having trouble keeping up with the demand of the number of people staying at the hotel. The restaurant food was good, however staff were slow to remove empty plates and glasses.

Staff available who speak English at check out, and understand whether they can take US dollars or not, and how to charge the customer. On check in the staff were very helpful and could speak English. As it is a tourist town with lots of people who don’t speak Spanish, the customer shouldn’t have to work out the hotel’s invoice and show the staff how it can be paid, as well as deal with the language barrier.

The room was spacious and comfort. The facilities were good. The reception was helpful, especially I want to notice Daiana, which operated everything very efficiently, I hope That the bosses in hotal appreciate her.

The location. from one side - it very close to the bus terminal, which make it comfortable. From other side - it a bit far from city center, and a climb on stairs needed on return.

The breakfast was awesome. Best one of our trip. This hotel is close to the bus depot. There is a convenience store (blue house) nearby that sells a wide range of things. You don't need to carry things from town.

The hotel is up the hill from town. We spent the first two days walking on dirt roads before we realized that there is a set of stairs (8 flights?) that leads into town. Apparently Google maps doesn't know this route.

Lack of accessibility (no elevator to the upper floor)

Great location for the bus station, and easy enough walk to main town as well. Great breakfast and hot showers. Held my luggage for a week whilst I did the W trek etc.

The hotel is a bit too warm (temp-wise).

The rooms are big, clean and confortable the food at the restaurant is really, really good. They offer also lunch boxes for the excursions you may have. The staff was kind.

The location is not that close to center and the way to the hotel is not very iluminated.
