Beautiful hotel in excellent location,just a few meters from the entrance to the national park. Breakfast was really very nice, the coconut toffee cake was delicious, as well as the stuff, helpful and friendly. Two-layer toilet paper ;) Was it worth the 600€ we paid per two nights? Not sure, but happy we stayed..

I would suggest to change the shower for regular one with hose (not the top one, ours was splaing water in all directions) and for a hotel of this category I would expect espresso coffee and freshy squeezed juice (not the sweet colorful water) for brekfast.

It is a very nice and clean hotel with fantastic staff and spacious rooms. The breakfast is basic, but the quality of food is superb. They have the best yogurt I have ever tried and the Magellan Berry jam is just above and beyond all expectations

The Spa area which we really needed after the trekking was not nice. The sauna is nice, regular, all ok. The hot tub and the swimming pool are not — the water is dirty and is constantly covered with this very dirty grey foam that makes these facilities look very bad. I could see the hot tub from my room window and I never saw it being emptied and cleaned.

The place is really nice, helpful and pleasant staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Room was decent size, comfortable, nice views. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very good with upscale dishes and service. Little pricey, but very nice.

The spa was not at the best, The steam room was out of order and the sauna was not hot enough, did not work very well. My wife stated that the massage could better too. Overcrowded at times, small pool and hot tub.

One of the best hotels in El Chalten, targeted to the tour groups. It has an excellent location, close to the most popular hiking trail head. The staff were friendly. Love the cold water fountain.

Shower was swinging from cold to hot nonstop. The floor was creaky. Most breakfast items would run out and had to wait for a while for the refills during our three-day stay. Maybe the serving trays were too small?

Had a massage, which was excellent. However, the room was pretty cold... could have benefited from a space heater or warm blankets. Hotel location was great, very close to the trails leading up to Laguna Capri, etc. We could also walk to restaurants and stores. Room was spacious and clean. Acceptable closet space. Bathroom had shower; our kids got a room with a tub shower so facilities change room by room.

Swimming pool - water was barely lukewarm and it looked filthy. Breakfast was good, but variety was limited. We had stayed at Kau Yatun Hotel in El Calafate, and their breakfast was EXCELLENT. Something to improve at Destino Sur.

We had a great stay, in a comfortable room. The hotel is well located, close to the start of the hiking trails, restaurants and pubs. It also has a lovely spa which was perfect for after our hike. Great breakfast buffet which starts early which was helpful given most residents are there to hike. Highly recommended.

The floorboards creeked a lot throughout the hotel so you can hear people coming and going.

You cannot beat this hotel for proximity to the hiking paths. Ideal location. Very comfortable room. The spa/hotel was the ideal place to relax after a long hike. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable in coordinating local activities Appreciated the thoughtful sustainability features, such as a cold water fountain that eliminated need for plastic bottled water.

Amazing location (unfortunately they gave me a room with a bad view of the house under construction next door), very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Restaurant food is great and all the staff was very helpful and kind.

For a 5-star hotel with a SPA, we expected more from the structure of this space, and not having robes available for guests made the process of using the Spa very uncomfortable, since we had to change in the spa bathroom which was very wet.

Excellent location in center of town. Excellent views from window. Spa and pool with hot tub were amazing after hikes. Excellent staff with great English were very helpful with hikes and we're very nice. Excellent gluten free options at breakfast including freshly made bread and cake. Close to many restaurants and fun places.

Expensive drinks and food in restaurant and bar co.pared to others in the area. Cost was a bit high but it was also getting close to Christmas in High season.

Very poor breakfast options, there is always an empty plates and you have to wait for food replacement. In the last day of our stay it was no water and light which was very unexpected for the 5 start hotel. The price is a bit unreasonable for the facilities in general but the location is really great!
