Excellent location close to the side of town where the Fitz Roy hike starts and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful with booking a transfer and making restaurant recommendations. Room was comfy and clean. Nice breakfast, they even made coffee for me early one morning.

The bathroom right next to one bed and the toilet was right next to the sink making it difficult to use and I’m petite. Window of our room looked out to cars. It’s a relatively quiet town but not too private if people are parking.

Well located hotel for both the facilities of the town and the trailheads. About a mile from bus terminal. Room comfortable and spacious. Staff very helpful and efficient. Good variety for breakfast and free coffee and water in lobby all day.

Probably applies to most properties in El Chalten but felt expensive for what it provided. I guess you pay a premium because of location.

Very helpful staff at the reception, both ladies helped us a lot with our hike planning and arranging transfers! The lunch box was nice and very filling. Breakfast was enough for us but also not extraordinary. The room was spacious and clean and warm :) the hotel was well located on the main road, a bit at the end which was however good for us when returning from Laguna de Los Tres hike ;)

It was quite noisy, but manageable with ear plugs.

Good location, parking spaces available. Coffee and water available through the afternoon in the reception and tea/coffee kettle in the room . Comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lunch box available.

Breakfast selection could be better, some of the eggs/ omelets was cold in the morning.

- The location is perfect. The hotel is very close to the Fitz Roy trail, so you don't need to cross the town to get to the starting point. There is a trekking gear store right in front of it (where you can buy or rent), and another one is nearby. It's surrounded by restaurants. A 10-15 minute walk to the bus terminal. - Staff provided all the information we needed. You can order lunch for trekking (an apple, a cereal bar, a sandwich and a bottle of water).

- Breakfast had some variety but unfortunately wasn't fresh. - Our room had strange design of the bathroom with a toilet right in front of the sink, tall people may not be able to squeeze themselves there. - Stairs, some people may find it difficult to climb the stairs with their luggage.

The hotel has a calm, peaceful vibe. The staff were helpful especially the lady who worked in the afternoon, evening. I even bumped into her in El Calafate and she remembered me. She is great at her job and very helpful in helping you for the walks. The room was spacious and I liked it. There was a good choice for breakfast so most people’s needs are covered. The location was good for the start of a number of the walks and there were also numerous restaurants close by as well as the supermarket and a minimarket. It’s also a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station.

There is no food or drinks available after breakfast. Water and coffee are on offer from the afternoon.

Room was warm cosy and quiet. Staff very very helpful when we were trying to arrange trip home, and offered lots of advice on weather and walks in the area. Good to have an all day coffee supply. Welcoming seating areas with bar.

Scrambled eggs very runny liquid, but I think that may be just how they cook it here

Nothing to dislike. It just seemed a bit expensive for what it was but I guess that applies to most of Argentina.

Bathroom had a bathtub, but if you wanted to have abath you could only fill it with the shower, not convenient

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, beautiful window with views to the mountain. Breakfast room and lounge area very cozy and welcoming, nice design. Staff was lovely and helpful with good advice for treks and restaurants.
