Extremely helpful check-in staff (I arrived very late in the evening). The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable (which helped after a long day's hiking!). The staff provided excellent information on the hikes available and what preparations are required (food, water, difficulty).

The Wifi could be extended to the rooms and not just be available in the common areas - but that's not essential nor a criticism. It's perhaps pricey for what you get but that extends to the whole of El Chalten - accommodation demand is high, and supply is limited.

The staff were very helpful with information about day hikes and weather forecasts. Great location for starting and finishing the hikes. Breakfast was good with toast eggs, ham, cheese, tomato, cereal, fruit salad and a selection of sweet pastries. If you like a strong coffee, take some with you to add to their coffee. Beds comfortable. Bathroom is a good size. Wifi in the common room only. Wifi was good when working but occasionally both the wifi and power switched off ( but this affected the whole town). The price overall was quite expensive but reflective of the cost of accommodation at all hostels/hotels in El Chalten.

The sheets were stained a weird yellow.. (but we got fresh ones when we asked) and the heater didn’t work (but again, after enquiring it was promptly fixed). So really no issues that couldn’t be solved :)

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is much nicer than the photos on booking.com. There is a nice sofa area, dining room and tables and chairs in the garden to relax with an amazing view over the mountains. Rooms are basic but this is the same everywhere in the region.

When we arrived, we had a lot of questions about which hiking trails to take, and they were all thoroughly, and politely answered by the receptionist.

We had a room towards the kitchen and dining room area, and the hallways were kind of loud with other guests.

This is a perfect place for hiking trips. Great location in the center of town. Good common areas. Simple but clean rooms. Absolutely terrific staff, particularly Martin who was really on top of things and always smiling. You get what you pay for and more.

Breakfast could use some more healthy options.

We went to hike and this hotel is great. It's close to trail heads. Room is enough for our purpose, and the public eating area is good to chat with friends. Staffs are very friendly and patient to answer questions. Every area in the hotel is extremely clean. I saw staffs worked hard to keep it clean.

Staff was very knowledgable and helpful when planning day to day activities and responsive with anything we needed. Breakfast was good and location was excellent.

It would've been nice to have wifi in the rooms but it seems like they're working on it and it wasn't too big an inconvenience

I loved the bed and our loft. I loved that we had a little kitchen that allowed us to make tea in our room. I loved the view from our windows and the horse that came around.

I didn’t like that there was no wifi in my room I didn’t like the low water pressure in the shower

Private setting with outdoors/grassy area to relax. Good selection at breakfast and lunch boxes are great -good vegetarian catering.

Some language difficulties at reception. But worked through.
