Staff were very nice, especially the young man who spoke good English.

The room and hotel facilities were dated. Must have been a five-star some 25 years ago. No USB ports, no central light switch, no hot water between 10 and 10.30 on the 2nd day, regular power cuts, and it was very noisy during the night. Could hear car music and motorbike noises.

Beautiful view of Brazil and Paraguay from the room. Well landscaped pool area. Nice common areas and dining room. Close to points of interest and restaurants.

Air conditioner unit on balcony leaked a lot of water making it difficult to walk in or out without getting your feet/shoes wet.

Awesome river view from room. Room was spacious comfortable with aircon. Staff were wonderful and spoke English. We’re happy to assist in booking taxis and answer questions. Yummy breakfast included. Best accommodation in town. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place, lovely views. The room was great spacious, comfortable (great view), the bathroom was comfortable; had all you may need. Breakfast was outstanding, with variety and tasty food. Two pools and friendly staff.

There was someone's nail in the bathroom, clearly not mine. Disgusting. For that reason it cannot be 10/10.

ideal location facing the Iguazú and Paraná rivers with views of Brazil and Paraguay, great indoor and outdoor pool, about 30 minutes from Argentine side of falls and 35 minutes to Brazilian side, within city of Puerto Iguazú so close to many restaurants. staff friendly, great atmosphere, great breakfast, my 3rd time here from U.S., great value
