Honestly, my stay was perfect. Got to the hotel by taxi and the reception area was quite small, but it's a quiet hotel. Turns out, I was given the best room in the hotel as I had an outside balcony which was a nice bonus. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the pool was a nice place to relax in before finishing the day. The area seemed very safe, but please bare in mind that I am a young man so I can only speak for men. Traffic noise won't be an issue at all.

The only downside is that you are about a 20 minute walk from the bus station and the air conditioning in the room is uncomfortably loud. Also possibly having more water would be nice. If I am really annoying, more crockery could be provided at breakfast time, but I totally understand the need to not wash so many dishes. It just seemed to take a while to replace everything at breakfast.

The hotel room was fantastic! Very large and modern with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen - basically 2 x queen beds together. We got in late after a huge day at Iguazu Falls. Check in and check out was a long procedure and you must pay a cash security deposit. Upon checkout it took the shift manager about 5 minutes to inspect our room before telling us it passed and we got our deposit back. So they are very thorough with inspections! There’s a great pool too. Excellent value for money!

The location is great, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable enough. The wifi connection was good. 24/7 reception, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty.

The place was a bit noisy due to the guests' children running and screaming next to the pool and in the corridors next to my room or under my windows. I understand that the staff cannot fully discipline other people's children, but it would be good to have some regulations for that. One other thing I think could be changed is a really early check-out time - 10 am - but it is like this in many hotels around, so maybe it's a cultural thing (I would go for a hotel with a later check-out time though so it could be something to consider!)

Laundry was very overpriced, breakfast lady asked us not to make sandwiches at breakfast - never had this happen before.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable! Sitting area outside is nice to enjoy the weather. Breakfast had a nice selection, all very tasty and lots of coffee Easy access to the bus, 1 /2 block and around corner, which goes to the Cataratas or to the main terminal where you can get bus to Brazil side of falls. Bus to Yvera is Tres Fronteras (attraction to see the 3 countries) and stops close to the street hotel is on. The Yveras is very easy to get to. Bit of a walk to main area of town but easy. There is a nice cafe right around corner from the hotel that serves delicious food.

Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit.

Could not get Uber drop off to Iguazú Falls (or drop off to airport) because of entrance gate fee of National Park on Argentina side (taxis free), so had to rely on taxis which were expensive compared to the Brazil side.

We are a family of four and the hotel provided connecting rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a walkable distance from the tres fronteras and a bit further from the city center. Breakfast was very good.

There is no elevator and there was a dog on a nearby property that barked all night and made it hard to sleep. The staff said they were aware of the problem but couldn’t do anything.

Close to the bus stop to go to the national park. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Room very spatious.

Would have liked a mat on the shower floor as it was slippy. Breakfast wasn’t that varied and there were no bowls despite cereal being offered.

Clean rooms with good beds, clean towels and a good shower. Pool was great. No noise at night. Bus to Iguazu Falls stops just on the corner.

Longest check in process we've experienced in years. They insist on photocopying your credit card and keeping the copy as insurance. Location is a bit out of town but only a short walk.

Spacious room ++ Very clean and cool helpful staff who helped with taxis and arranging laundry service. Was allowed to use pool after check out and there is also a big bathroom with shower for changing after check out while waiting for flight. Would really recommend here.

25 min walk to bus for the falls, thought it was closer.
