At first we were assigned a room that did not look like what we booked online. However the staff were super nice and gave us another bigger room, on a nice view, quiet neighbours, and sufficient toiletries. the swimming pool was nice but not heated. The location is close to everything and everything is around you.

I believe it is the problem of booking.com. I consider completely withdrawing from it becaause the idea that I get discount with my genius level is a myth. Most of the hotels charge much less than booking.com. I usually get a room dissimilar to what I booked online. Different bed size, different room size, different room amneties (fridge, kettle, so on). so why to do it through booking? Clients of booking are the least privilaged! For the hotel: breakfast is very poor, food gets refilled very slowly so you have to wait until you get coffee or bread or water. The room assigned to us at first was not like what I booked and it was very exposed to beighbors who talk loudly until after midnight as it was close to the pool.

The Hotel was very nice, the rooms where super clean and they cleaned them every day. Breakfast was good and varied. The pool was also nice and the staff where nice, they let us keep using the facilities even after out check-out.

I had a problem when contacting them, I had my flight cancelled and was trying to call them the whole day to let them know that they had to keep my reservation. They DON'T answer the phone, not any phone available as contact, and they don't give you a WhatsApp contact either. I was really afraid that I was being SCAMED because I couldn't get in touch with the hotel. I had to ask to the taxi driver that I had reserved if he had a different contact number and if the hotel was real, and then he gave me a cell phone number with which I was able to write to them in WhatsApp. PLEASE update your contact information in Booking and in your website.

The hotel was nice, the premises clean, the room had a bathtub and the bed was comfy. But what I really appreciated was how kind they were to accommodate my gluten free needs during the breakfast, they truly went out of their way to get me a rich and delicious gluten free breakfast, getting special pastries from a specialized place in town, and preparing everything with kindness every morning I arrived to the breakfast room. I told them in advanced of my diet restrictions, and they took it seriously, and that is something I really really appreciated, and made a huge difference in my stay. It's already hard enough to travel avoiding gluten, but they made it very simple for me. Thank you for that kindness!

The beds were very comfortable and the room had a lot of space. Bathroom was very large. The resort included a pool area and restaurant that was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was affordable and delicious.

Phone reception was very bad in this area and my phone was on SOS most of the time. The hotel had Wifi but was very slow. I could barely use my phone the time i was here. Staff at reception did not speak english, we used google translate to communicate with the young lady and she still kept speaking straight to our face in spanish. We knew basic spanish but not enough to understand everything she was saying. She was not accommodating to try and help us understand the instructions she was giving to us. It was kind of like she was getting angry at us for not understanding.

Our room was excellent and spacious with view and bath tub. It is located on a quiet stretch close to the 3-country border, but still an easy and safe walk from the city. Restaurant serves nice food. Restaurant staff does not speak english. This may - for some - be a challenge and negative thing in an international 4-star hotel in a very international location. For others it may just add to the travel experience away from home. I didnt mind.

Bedroom was a really good size, very clean and very comfortable. There was a safe in the room. The facilities at the hotel were great, the pool had loads of seats and beds around it for chilling. Breakfast included was good. Could use the restaurant for lunch and dinner too if you wanted. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and accomodating. Location was good, 10 minute walk to town - easy to get to the bus terminal to the falls and lots of restaurants. Great value for money

We had a nice and relaxing time here. Loved very welcoming and attentive staff, clean and spacious room, good working and quiet air condition. Nice breakfast and tasty food in the restaurant with lovely river view. Hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, in a walkable distance to the downtown, Three boarders monument, and nearby shops and restaurants.

A few things that could be improved was wifi connection, and cleaning the kids playground.

Breakfast was standard and similar to other accommodation in Argentina. The room was large, it had a great view and was very comfortable. Proximity to Tres Fronteras was a bonus. A twenty minute walk to the centre of town. The bus to and from the falls stopped outside.

Slight problem with the shower which took some adjustment to get the temperature correct but this was not major

Clean, spacious room with everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had in Argentina: eggs, meat and cheese, bread, desserts and lots of fruit options. Make sure you check out the view in the balcony outside of the breakfast room. Restaurant at the hotel was also great. There's a bus stop to the Argentinian side of the waterfalls just across the street.

my first night the room’s electrical plugs were not holding my converter tight so I had to place something underneath to hold it tight. The second and third night I had a beautiful room with a balcony and view. I loved it. The receptionist on the 3 nights that I was there was exceptional. He really tried to help me with all my needs. He should be complimented.
