Very spacious studio room. Good for overnight stays. Decent sized kitchen. Quiet, away from main road. Easy self check-in with door code, so didn’t matter if we arrived close of reception hours. Staff really helpful with pre-arrival queries.

Fan in the bathroom didn’t work so the mirror steamed up, and the toilet roll holder was so badly placed that everyime you needed to use the toilet paper, it fell on the floor, this was also because was too close to both the wall & the vanity to manoeuvre well. We had to download instructions to get the two heaters to work.

Size of the room was good, location was fine as we only there for 1 night. Having a cooktop and electric fry pan was good as we are travelling and eating out everynight is not for us. We did call the staff at reservations she was not aware that there was a cooktop in the room

Staff knowledge of the room facilities she was not aware that the room had a cook top and cooking facilities this would have allowed me to book straight away.

I loved the actual room very clean facility, near main road but no noise, quiet, excellent wifi and friendly staff on the phone. The only reason I didn’t give 10/10 was the check in process just wasn’t payment and go. I did give feedback on this at the time. Otherwise top notch once inside the room. I was able to have dinner in my room and watch the NRL on Kayo via WiFi on the TV the night I stayed there.

The only thing I didn’t like was the check in process a few too many steps when I’m used to direct payment. I did have to call a staff member and I offered my feedback on this. She was so helpful lovely lady. I think her name was Betty very kind person. Other than the steps required to check in everything else was perfect. I will be back to this place if I need to stay in Bathurst so I recommend but just make the check in easier :)

Lovely, comfortable bed, big clothes cupboard, kitchen with hotplates, microwave, fridge, toaster and electric frypan, kitchen well equpped. Super lovely big towel as well as other towels. Smart TV enable logon to streaming accounts. Not new but very clean and updated where possible.

No remote for air conditioner, no working fan in bathroom and hole in bathroom door not repaired.

I loved the balcony and the large windows! The weather in Bathurst was amazing so it was lovely to be able to utilise the fresh air!

Not being able to clean clean up after myself. I’d have vaccumed it swept if I could. The shower head was a bit dodgy and sprayed everywhere.

Nice and spacious. Handy to the centre of Bathurst. Clean. Bathroom as OK.. big shower space. Perhaps could do with a reno. Lots of parking. Clothes washing laundry if needed.

WIFI NO good......didn't work 99.99% of the time. Had a wierd wall fan that "cleared" the bathroom....but blew the shower curtain all over you. Stove tops did not work ..tried to fry an egg, without success. well equipped for cooking...except a bowl would be handy

Kitchenette with medium sized fridge, reasonable sized bedroom/living area. Had basic necessities. Was a quiet location with no traffic noise although still close to the centre of Bathurst. Had enough room for me to roll out the yoga mat and get the handweights out without bashing walls.

There could've been bit more cutlery and crockery in the kitchenette - wanting a few cups of tea a day without having to wash up in between (and there wasn't enough liquid to wash up too often!). The bloke in the room next door to me did talk loudly on the phone (he's getting $25/hr for whatever job he is doing and is sure he is worth $40/hr and his boss would be finding out all about that the following day.....and he swears a lot...with that attitude Im not so convinced he was bringing $40/hr worth of value to whomever he was working for).

The room was clean and cosy. The location was close to the centre of town. A good find for the price. Had a lovely stay here it is perfect for someone passing through town.

the online check in was a bit confusing, and made complex by the lack of phone reception whilst travelling. Called for assistance a few times to gain the access code. Each time, staff were very polite and helpful.

The beds & kitchen

In the bathroom the exhaust fan mounted in the window glass didn't work at all ,& this is the case in a few other rooms .The shower rose was dripping water 💦 & leaking no matter how hard u turned taps off,very annoying sound ..bedside small lamp didn't work ,had 2 screw bulb in 2 get it 2 work .

Good location. Quiet street and no noise from the other units. There was plenty of open space/ gardens and lawns. Car parking was close and there were plenty of spaces.

The bathroom fan didn’t work and there were some bad odours. All the reception staff are located in Sydney and only reachable by phone. Online check in and check out.
