The management where fantastic people and the staff a fantastic bunch of people every body laughing and smiling and all ways a hi how you going,I tried to book a cab to get me to the hospital on Tuesday 20th tried for 1and a half hours with no luck then another 1 hour trying for Uber and no luck,one of the young ladies working there offered me a lift to the hospital EVEN when it was 4 km out of her way I must say Maddie was a wonderful girl her employer and her parents should be very proud of her we are booking for the 3rd of June when my wife has to be back at the hospital again, I would not stay anywhere else when in Bathurst NSW.

I was amazed how such small rooms were so cleverly set up as to supply everything needed.....Wonderful bed, very clean room, lovely bathroom well designed in a small area, again very clean....little touches like coffee, tea biscuits, full shower amenities, sink soaps and shower hair washing accessories, a lovely TV with all channel access.....Excellent quiet A/C very quiet and cools room very quickly....The room is very cosy all round, and the property was easy to locate, with a large in property car park to access.

I'm not a fan of the door lock system for the rooms, the fact that the doors can shut and instantly lock can catch you off guard which happened to me.....I came out of the room for a minute at around midnight, accidently letting the door shut then realising my room key was still in the room.....As my phone was in the room too, I could not ring the emergency No.....Luckily I had my car keys so I was able to access my vehicle and had to sleep in the car until an employee appeared in the morning to let me into my room, a 6 hour time period....I feel that the door locks should be able to shut and still be able to turn the door knob and open the door....You should have the power to lock the door without it shutting and locking on it's own.....Other motels have the door locks I refer to.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The smart TV was big and the internet connection strong. YouTube app was nice as a bonus. The shower had a nice flow and the water was hot. Airconditioning was warm in winter as it got down to -4 degrees Celsius on our stay. The location is not far from the main part of town and Mount Panorama race track. The staff member was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Slightly noisy the road (flow of traffic noise) as we were on the corner of the last building.

Lovely motel room with a very comfortable bed and reverse cycle air conditioning for the cold nights. Easy walk from the train station and close to the shopping area of Bathurst. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Very clean room. Quiet. Fridge in the room. Loved the fact that we had access to a microwave in the communal area so I could prepare my meals. Also loved the access to the laundry facilities which was very important as I was travelling around. The staff were so helpful, hospitable, professional and kind. The manager was very helpful when a local car rental company let me down. Would stay again without hesitation.

There was light bleed around the edge of the window blind which was not ideal for a light-sensitive person like myself. As it was Winter, the light didn't wake me up too early, but I would struggle in the Summer. If you are light-sensitive too, bring an eye mask. Despite this, I would absolutely stay again.

The breakfast was unexpected and fine. The location was good as I wanted to visit Ben Chifley’s house. The busy road became surprisingly quiet late at night.

The check-in process was haphazard. I was approved to arrive at 3pm-4pm but everything was locked up and I had to wait in the car for someone to turn up around 4pm. It was very odd not to have somewhere to sit and wait. Also, I know there’s nothing you can do about it but the walls are very thin and you here everything in the next room, which is disconcerting.

1. Being able to book a room at 10pm on Friday evening. Straight forward process with a text and follow-up call from the hotel. 2. Simple complimentary buffet breakfast in a sunlit common area; a chance to chat with other travellers.

1. Arriving late, I was unsure where exactly the lock boxes were. An arrow or a sign would have helped in addition to the information in the text. 2. At Breakfast, we were not sure whether we needed to wash-up our own crockery and utensils. We did.

Absolutely perfect for solo travelers for work, study or any other occasion. The free continental breakfast was so convenient with generous variety. Rooms were warm, private and very nice. The staff were also lovely and so friendly.

Facilities were in a great location . Room was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay . Gentleman at reception was very helpful , called to let us know we could have an early check in and was able to give us a room on the ground floor as requested due to my health issues .

The room was a little small , but was fine for our one night stay . The carpark didn’t have parking lines , they could have fit in more cars if it was lined . The other option would have been to park on the street

The comfort Inn is as the name describes, COMFORT. Close to the train station and if we drove there was lots of parking. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable, and priced reasonable with continental breakfast included. Staff were very friendly and informative. We enjoyed our short 1 night stay discovering Bathurst without a car. Thank you Comfort Inn

How helpful people were in reception. Room was perfect size. Free breakfastwas great. Within walking distance to centre of town. Would stay there again.

It didn't affect me but I could see no lift up to the second floor. This might inconvenience some, although ground floor rooms are available. So it might pay to confirm ahead of arrival.
