The room was spacious with a 3 seater couch , and two other chairs available.Enough for a family. We've stayed in many motel rooms before. Why I give this room 10 stars was it was clean , plenty of seating for our family without sitting on the beds. There was also plates, cups, cutlery, a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, a large tv . So, all the things travelling families need.Having a microwave available , Even if it was just to reheat left over food, from our meal out it's still something you don't often see. The price was fair and the rooms were newly renovated, the beds were comfortable and the receptionist was overly accommodating to our needs. Free parking outside the door. As a regular traveller ( 5-6 times per year) with my family this room had the best mod cons. We visited this time and will do regularly as my daughter was starting university in Bathurst.

I like the rooms, it's always a comfortable stay. There was a slight issue with my room and I was moved without an issue, offered assistance to move and offered an extra bed for our stay.

I didn't like that the carparks aren't assigned by room only because it was booked out and I had to park my car behind the building, well away from our room and cart our belongings and my 2 small children to our room which was very difficult and quite frustrating.

Only has a small bar fridge in the room, and the freezer section was full of ice because it hadn't been defrosted for ages Needs a bigger fridge Security light at the back of the building lit up the room all night, even though it had blackout curtains, it was like daylight all night because of no pelmets or curtains weren't flush too the walls

The restaurant and breakfast buffet were fabulous. Highly recommend and worth the stay in themselves. Every staff member we came across (there was three of us across three rooms), was friendly and helpful. They actually seemed pleased to be working there. The linen and room was lovely. The only bug was noise travelling at night due to the design of the hotel rooms. Everything was clean and well cared for. Will definitely return when in Bathurst.

Great experience staying at this hotel during my recent trip to Bathurst. Felt safe and secure, beds were comfortable, room was a good size, cool air con and all exceptionally clean. Nice big bathroom with walk in shower and fluffy towels! The hotel was packed but at no time was I disturbed by other hotel stayers. Off street parking was a bonus! Couldn't fault the whole experience. Will def stay again when I next travel that way!

The room was large, the bed very comfortable, a lovely, clean bathroom and a real bonus- a couch to lay on when watching TV. We were very impressed, especially for the reasonable tariff that was charged.

I was asked for my email address at check in. I was told it was to provide a receipt?? I declined to provide that information. All rooms were up a flight of stairs. That was the only other issue.

Cleanliness, lack of noise and the comfortable beds.

It was disappointing that the room was not serviced on the Sunday and more so that we were not informed at check in. Returning late after leaving early to find that there were no dry towels was very inconvenient. We checked out early and weren't able to put the key in the lock box as we didn't know the code

Good location, clean & tidy. Quite comfortable.

The shower area is extremely small. My husband and I are short with small frame and barely had room to move. The shower head is almost as big as the area so you have to stand in cold water waiting for the hot to come through. The glass door doesn’t fit the best. I know I am being petty now but the toilet roll holder is on the wall behind your right side and is difficult to get to. It should be located on the left side wall slightly to the forward. We have stayed here many a time since before it was the Mantra. This was the first time we had a ground floor room and we never had any of these concerns on the upper level. When you pay $200 for a night you would expect a bit more perfection.

Gorgeous room with a spa bath Upgraded furniture while I was there, with no impact on my time there which was a smooth transition of furniture. Great experience will definitely be back for my next stop over in bathurst

Clean and modern.

Costumer service very rude. I asked why do I have to give my rego number. The reply was "if I don’t want to fill in the form is no problem, I can find myself another motel " not in so many words. I had to ask 3 times for the young lady to even answer. Maybe you guys are working your stuff too much. Reason why I asked, was that I didn’t had a vehicle on the property. I know from other hotels over the world, that they need your registration number for parking purposes She made me feel like the most insignificant furniture. At least she tried. I don’t think I will ever like to go back there.
