The hotel is easy to find on Stewart St at the roundabout to either Orange or Cowra. It's only 5 min drive to Mt Panorama and the Motor Racing Museum and 5 minutes into town to visit other attractions and shops etc. The room was a good size, very clean, modern with a comfortable queen bed and pillows, TV, fridge, toaster, jug etc. Great natural light and no traffic noise considering its on a main road in/out of town. The bathroom had a great walk in shower with efficient hot water and good pressure. Onsite parking outside your room (get in early though) Friendly helpful staff, a great hotel, highly recommend.

I liked everything

The bed was very comfy and the room surprisingly spacious! I had unknowingly booked the suite with added sofa bed which wasn't needed, but even with it made, the room was still roomy enough for our 1 year old to crawl around and play. The shower was spacious and the water pressure was good. Having a microwave in the room, although we didn't use it, is a great thing to have and something I was glad to see! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The air conditioner in the room, while it heated the room perfectly, was very loud. It also had an intermittent whirring sound. We had to periodically turn it off so we could enjoy the movie we were watching.

Nice roomy layout with a king size bed and comfy bedding. The bathroom was large, modern, clean and tastefully designed. The room had a full length mirror which is a big plus and something that's often not considered.

It was exceptionally cold in Bathurst and there was no heating on when we arrived. We pumped up the AC to high, however the room was still a little cold overnight. My partner said he was warm enough, but despite using the spare blanket doubled over on my side of the bed, I didn't sleep due to the cold. Turning on the heat prior to our arrival I imagine would have made all the difference.

The room was spacious with a 3 seater couch , and two other chairs available.Enough for a family. We've stayed in many motel rooms before. Why I give this room 10 stars was it was clean , plenty of seating for our family without sitting on the beds. There was also plates, cups, cutlery, a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, a large tv . So, all the things travelling families need.Having a microwave available , Even if it was just to reheat left over food, from our meal out it's still something you don't often see. The price was fair and the rooms were newly renovated, the beds were comfortable and the receptionist was overly accommodating to our needs. Free parking outside the door. As a regular traveller ( 5-6 times per year) with my family this room had the best mod cons. We visited this time and will do regularly as my daughter was starting university in Bathurst.

Check in was easy, staff so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, clean, spacious. We had booked for three guests and although the sofa bed was made up as requested, there were only 2 towels and two sets of utensils in the kitchen. We got a towel from reception no hassle and just made do with the 2 sets of utensils. The beds were comfortable . Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Just the thought that when we book for 3 people, to think about the towels and utensils the guests need for the stay and have them ready.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good so that was my top 3 boxes ticked! The smart TV ability to log in to netflix was a bonus. Free wifi worked really well too. We were able to get a spare set of sheets for the sofa bed at no extra charge which was much appreciated.

The remote for the reverse cycle heating did not work as the receiver on the unit appeared damaged. We could not change any settings.

I like the rooms, it's always a comfortable stay. There was a slight issue with my room and I was moved without an issue, offered assistance to move and offered an extra bed for our stay.

I didn't like that the carparks aren't assigned by room only because it was booked out and I had to park my car behind the building, well away from our room and cart our belongings and my 2 small children to our room which was very difficult and quite frustrating.

Only has a small bar fridge in the room, and the freezer section was full of ice because it hadn't been defrosted for ages Needs a bigger fridge Security light at the back of the building lit up the room all night, even though it had blackout curtains, it was like daylight all night because of no pelmets or curtains weren't flush too the walls

The restaurant and breakfast buffet were fabulous. Highly recommend and worth the stay in themselves. Every staff member we came across (there was three of us across three rooms), was friendly and helpful. They actually seemed pleased to be working there. The linen and room was lovely. The only bug was noise travelling at night due to the design of the hotel rooms. Everything was clean and well cared for. Will definitely return when in Bathurst.

The location was perfect for what we needed with a pub within walking distance. It was warm, clean and comfortable. When we checked in we were greeted by their lovely receptionist who provided useful information about the town and local attractions. We had a minor hiccup with some glasses in the room which was attended to quickly and quietly.
