BEEN THERE B4 & WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL STAY, ROOM, SERVICE. MY SECOND STAY WAS JUST AS GREAT. ONE MAJOR BONUS IS THE FACT WE ARRIVED AFTER RECEPTION WAS CLOSED AS OUR TRIP WAS A LONG 1 & ARRIVED AT HOTEL AT 7PM. I RANG RECEPTION & TOLD US THE KEY 2 OUR ROOM WAS LOCKED OUTSIDE IN THE SAFE & GAVE US THE CODE. EVEN GAVE US THE SAME ROOM THE 2ND TIME AROUND, WHICH WAS GREAT. ANOTHER GREAT THING IS THAT STAFF SEND U A TEXT MESSAGE TO GIVE THEM AN ARRIVAL TIME SO THAT THEY CAN PREPARE YOUR KEYS IF U COME AFTER HRS 2 PUT IN SAFE. SO WHEN U ARRIVE AFTER HRS U JUST PICK KEYS FROM SAFE. I THINK (NOT A BIG DEAL) 2 INCLUDE THE CODE 4 SAFE IN THE MESSAGE THEY SEND U, THAT WAY U HAVE EVERYTHING WHEN U ARRIVE AFTER HRS. OVERALL 100/100. WILL DEFENITLEY B BACK WITH THEM. THEY R CENTRAL 2 ALL AREAS OF BATHURST. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

CANT FAULT THE HOTEL IN ANY WAY. 100/100.

The rooms are old but clean and tidy. Small bathrooms. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets in the wardrobe. Restaurant and Bar close by. Entry to complex by card only with plenty of parking available around the rooms. Did get a $10 bar voucher each day we didn't ask for new towels, definitely came in handy.

Just arrived in our room and the cleaner came in to see if we needed it cleaned? Was in the shower at time! They saw us arrive as they were a few rooms down. The room next door toilet was against our bed head which woke us up every morning.

Very good. Dinner was exceptionally good. Quiet. 10% bar voucher an excellent idea and much appreciated. Would have liked a rail in the shower. I needed a map to find Rm 51. I drove to room 50 and had no idea where 51 was. Reception was not much help. After 2 phone calls the head of house keeping arrived and was fantastic. There were site maps and a map of Bathurst readily available next morning. Not good enough the site maps should be offered to guests at check in.

Stayed in the old part that has been renovated. All OK. Bed was comfy. It's easy to walk up town from here and it's quiet even though the highway is out the front. A lot of night workers staying here at the moment, didn't hear them returning at all, so rooms still very quiet. Breakfast next morning was the usual high standard although no longer included in tariff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Good amount of space in the rooms. We had no complaints. The pool was nice, and the bistro food was very good, a little pricey but well worth the price. I had the sirloin steak, cooked perfectly and delicious. The staff are excellent, very, very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower with plenty of good pressure and hot water. Quiet, comfortable air conditioning. Dinner at the bistro was very tasty. It was surprisingly quiet given its location on the main road and the numbers of people staying. It is a very large set up with good security.

The breakfast at the bistro was very disappointing. There were a lot of diners, which meant an hour's wait for the meal. When the breakfast finally arrived, the Turkish bread with eggs benedict, was too hard to cut let alone chew and the eggs were overcooked. A bacon and egg muffin from Maccas would have been preferable. There was also some confusion as to where the meals were meant to go.

entire dealing with hotel stuff was super easy& welcoming. the fact that they had security gates with card access was a huge plus.(didn't know they had this until arrival). as we were on our motorcycles towowing out trailers were worried where 2 parked them at night. everything was central 2 our destinations. Deffenetly will come back 2 hotel.

I really liked the fact that it was secure. As a woman travelling alone for work purposes it was important to me that i felt safe where i was staying. Everything was within walking distance to the motel. I also liked the fact that they had all the amenities onsite so if i didnt want to go out everything was there to provide nourishment and comfort.

The only thing i didnt overly like was the door between my room and the room next door. But i guess when someone makes a family booking they just kind of open the 2 rooms up together. So no real complaints.

The door seals need to be better to reduce the cold from coming in and heat escaping. Would also be good to have a microwave in the room. Shower looks great but without a screen, can be a safety hazard with the amount of water falling out of the shower and being tiles very slippery.

Check in and out was a breeze, the room was clean and had all amenities we needed. the beds were super comfy and having the bistro a ten second walk from our room to have dinner and breakfast was fantastic

While the room was clean, it probably is in need of a bit of a refurb, especially the bathroom area, but still fine for our stay.
