Good basic room had all that was necessary for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfy and the amenities were basic but clean and in good working order. Had netflix which was unexpected for the price of the room. I think it was good value for the price and would stay there again for short stays.

Only down side was tiny and low quality towels and only one per person so difficult when I needed to wash my hair. Only other downside was it was quite noisy with people next door standing outside our window talking for hours and people upstairs walking around. Highway noise also a bit loud so if noise bothers you it's probably not the best option.

The value for money was good & very easy location. I had no issue with road noise after 10pm as it is located on the Mid Western Highway. It's just outside of the town centre with a very easy car access to all amenities. I found the check-in experience very easy & I noticed someone else was able to check-in late. The rooms were basic with comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom, basic kitchen facilities with table & chairs. Shower pressure was one of the best I've ever had. If you need extra utensils or bathroom stuff all you need to do is ask the reception and it's provided. You can get breakfast for $5 which includes 3 types of toast and upwards of 5 different cereals plus coffee, tea, juice and biscuits. A good cheap way to start the day.

I offered some feedback which the staff took on board as it's an aging property. Value for money was very good.

We brought our own breakfast, but a toaster would have helped- a minor detail and not a complaint. The bed was very comfortable. Surprisingly the room stayed warm all night after having the heating on for only an hour before going to bed. Traffic noise was not an issue during the night. It was nice to be able to open the window for fresh air.

We left a note for the cleaner regarding a blown light bulb in the ceiling so hope that was addressed for the next guest. Not a complaint but perhaps should be on a checklist between guests.

Clean Bed~ fairly soft Had instructions in room to be considerate with noise but not everyone considers others

Had a micro wave in the room but NO plates / utensils ~ which would have been handy considering it was a public holiday and NOT even take away shops were open ( Anzac. Day ) Walls must be fairly thin because the TV next door could be heard through the adjoining wall ,we didn’t even turn TV on in our room

The bed had four different types of pillow firmness, and it was very comfy. The aircon worked really well The shower pressure Check in and out was super easy. The staff were lovely Breakfast was included for me. Cereal, toast, fruit cups and tea/coffee The lighting in the bathroom dyeing the day was great for makeup

It wasn't assigned parking, so sometimes you couldn't park right outside your room. But that's not a big issue.

Check-in was good Easy to find Room and shower even though small was very clean

Our bathroom sink was filling up and definitely didn't look like it had been cleaned out down the plug for a while so we tried to avoid using it Breakfast is very basic (but only $5 each) ... it is nice to still have that especially if you are in a hurry (maybe a fresh fruit option ie. Banana, apple or orange could be added in)

Location was great, service from reception also great, flexible when we requested to stay longer.- Service from the cleaner was Excellent, he was very approachable friendly and accommodating . ' .

There is bush at the top of the driveway in front of unit 11 and it drops seeds pods where are very sharp and they got caught in my dogs fur and were extremely difficult to remove, pet friendly means these types of things should be picked up frequently or the bush removed

Bed was comfortable, good tea/coffee making facilities, parking right out front, microwave was handy to use, not far walking distance from a few shops. Bathroom was recently renovated. Being able to have your pet with you was our main reason for staying at the Bathurst Explorers Motel & a few other guests also had their dogs which were all very well behaved.

No toaster, cutlery or crockery other than mugs for coffee & glasses. Bathroom a little small. Motel seemed to be for people with pets & workers but that is ok. Main hotel across road was for other guests.

Their slogan is honest and spot on. Very comfortable room for the price. Breakfast was sufficient to set up day. As a base to explore the region can't recommend enough.

Nothing not to like. Met my needs to a tee. Only the TV was an issue just found remote a bit hard to use but that may have just been me.

Travelling with a riding mate so needed 2 separate beds so motel upgraded to family room rather than a double.

Unfortunately on the main road into town with a long descent so truck noise an issue but not too bad on this occasion. Motorcycles exposed to view of road so had to lug all luggage into motel. A long walk to eateries. Should have ridden.
