As a rep who travels on the road weekly for the last 20 years you guys ticked all the boxes, friendly staff, helpful with trying to figure out a nice spot to take customers for a meal, clean beds, and most off all good location as it was quiet during the night with no traffic noise, great location for a motel on a street with no hoons or loud trucks at night, previous night in Mildura was hell, magnificent room but next to a 24 hr McDonalds with hoons doing burn outs and drag racing constantly all night long, where are the police? That’s right booking reps at 7am the next morning for doing 63 in a 60 zone… If anyone was to pick a bad point they would say rooms are a bit dated but that does not worry me at all but some might think this. Big plus from a rep prospective is there is a space to sit and work on a computer for a few hrs, not like some motels where you can only sit in bed and balance a lap top on your knees for hrs which is rubbish, reps on the road need a good space to get work done after hrs. Clean and fresh. Very friendly welcome. Quick boiling kettle and good range of teabags. Excellent spacious shower with good hot water and drainage (no annoying puddles). Toilet roll folded in triangle formation and hygienic seal intact. Toilet paper and tissues easily accessible from sitting position. Multiple light switches in room.

Would like a biscuit included with tea making facilities.

The location was fantastic, in the city center, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The towels were soft and absorbent, and the shower provided a steady flow of hot water. The cottage had all the facilities one needs while away from home.

The only drawback was the lack of places to hang towels or toiletry bag in the bathroom, with the only option being behind the door, which was inconvenient.

Close proximity to Musicians Club that offered good range of GF meals and understood GF requirements. This is information you could advertise or mention to encouraget people to stay with you. Having kitchen facilities was helpful. The whole experience was wonderful.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. A topper would add comfort to a hard matress.

Great property to stay at with ample parking and well stocked rooms. The property is situated close to all attractions in town with plenty to choose from where to eat. There is also a fantastic Chinese restaurant situated on the property that serves excellent food. The Muso's club is just a very short walk away...less than 5 minutes that has great food.

Nothing the place was excellent.

When we arrived, we were directed to one of the cottages attached to the motel. It was clean, roomy and fulfilled our every need. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The bathroom though very spacious, lacked anywhere to put things, no bench tops to hold toiletry items etc. Otherwise, no complaints at all; the washing machine was a bonus.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is great when you arrive by train. It is possible to walk to many of the city attractions and eateries.

The room needs a small sofa or armchair to increase the comfort of what is a generous sized room.

It was very clean and well maintained. The initial room we were given was devoid of natural light. Something we weren’t aware of when checking in as we arrived when it was dark. However, the next day Maria made sure we switched rooms when a bright sunny room was available. The original room we were given was more suitable to a FIFO worker doing shifts.

Beds were a bit soft unfortunately. Also the blinds required some maintenance

We have stayed here before we like the position a little away from the center , we find it quieter & it is near Musicians Club which we enjoy really good food. The motel is by today's standard a little old fashioned but very clean & comfortable.

Nothing had everything we needed.

The location is brilliant. With views of the Line of Lode, it is also within easy reach of the main streets of Broken Hill. Cafes close by for good coffee.

The bathroom was a bit small and not too practical with no bench top space available. There was a lack of power points in the room and the lighting was stark.
