I would like to congratulate the staff at the Ibis Styles Broken Hill. Firstly for accommodating us on the ground floor, on our request upon arrival, due a leg injury, and therefore difficulty climbing the stairs. And secondly on our departure date my wife suffered from food poisoning, from a local Chinese restaurant meal the previous evening, and they allowed us to stay slightly longer than our check out time, therefore allowing my wife to recover before catching our flight out. Thank you so so much. The motel is fantastic, and this was the second time I have stayed here and both times were exceptional. If only the restaurant was open the night before we left.

The carpark was a little difficult to negotiate, especially when full in our LWB 4WD.

Proximity to restaurants & cafes was excellent including some attractions. Room was excellent, clean & beds super comfortable. The aircon worked a treat given the high temperature outside. The restaurant serves some really tasty dishes & was consistently very good. Majority of lovely staff were friendly, happy, smiling & very helpful. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Parking is very tight & somebody ran into & damaged my rear bumper. No issue if a small car. No shade sail over the swimming pool. Really needs one to protect those in the pool, especially kids. Having to leave the restaurant to use the bathroom was a nuisance especially with kids but I understand there is no room in the restaurant to accommodate them. Overall nothing to deter from staying here again.

The place was exactly as advertised. It's quite modern and functional. That's the thing with these places, there's nothing to really complain about, but nothing to get too excited about either. The staff member I met was very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was excellent, too. The restaurant is well situated in the middle of the rooms yet under a separate roof.

Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't open on Sunday nights. And there's not a lot on MenuLog (as expected), so it was "girl dinner" from Coles (that's bread, cheese, olives, tomatoes, etc). But that's okay for a change.

Enjoyed the hot breakfasts. The staff very polite and accommodating. Location was excellent as we could walk to various dinner options. Originally booked for 3 nights but realised another night required to be able to see the many attractions Broken Hill had to offer

Parking sometimes tight as most people now drive SUV but we always managed a park close to the room

Room was quiet and clean and good amenities for my stay. Small microwave would be a good idea for the room. Pool nice and refreshing after a hot day out. Located in a great spot for walking access to the main street.

Parking was a little tight. Restaurant wasn't open during my stay so unable to leave comment.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, shower was excellent. The inclusion of breakfast in the price made this stay great value for money.

Room was very small and there were no water glasses in the room, just very small teacups.

Reception staff very welcome and accomodating. Restaurant at night had a great menu and vibe with really friendly staff. Plenty of parking on-site and out the front. Room was spacious with the bed and pillows super comfy Bathroom was super clean and shower water pressure was strong!

Lost points for the lack of buffet breakfast.

Excellent location, close to town and nearly on the doorstep of the tourist infomation centre. Nice size room, excellent shower. Breakfast was great, mostly egg based but glory was you can ask without them. Definitely would stay again.

Spotless, perfect location, GREAT bed and a really strong shower. Convenient restaurant with decent food and wine and a charming fire place.

Like every hotel on earth now the pillows are overly full. Like sleeping on a fallen column of marble. Which is great if you enjoy a 90 degree angle in your neck.

Very clean, friendly service

Parking was not real good to drive around one end to other as not enough room around corners between cars parked and poolside. Can't get through had to reverse out the entry
