The room was spacious and updated, big television and excellent air conditioning. We visited on a particularly hot weekend and spent a reasonable amount of time in the room, we were comfortable and cool. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the bathroom was a good size. The on-site Chinese restaurant was nice.

The room we were in was right next to the cleaners room, so we were woken in the mornings when they started work, they also kept their trolley outside our window which added to the noise. The pool, one of the reasons I booked the motel, was dirty and so we couldn’t swim in it which was disappointing.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Extra towels for the pool was super helpful. Good layout of the room for a family, 2 adults, 3 children. Plenty of bowls, plates cutlery for meals. Staff were very accommodating for a late check out with one of our kids being unwell.

Our room got very warm overnight even though the outside temp was cool. The window was difficult to open. The air con worked well though.

Location is great. A short walk to the main street. Hungry Jack's on the corner. Foodland supermarket is just 2 blocks away. Ample parking on site but also out front of you were towing something.

Just need to update shower heads to a hand held option and main lighting in the room was a bit harsh

Great location, central to all the important things. Was a last minute booking and they accommodated us.

Would have preferred the office to be manned. We got there at 3pm and no one was there, our key was in a safe. Checked out at 9am and still no one in office and had to leave key in safe again.

The property was clean and well stocked and maintained. It is at the end of the Iodide Street and Argent Street so within easy walking distance from eateries (Cafe Alfresca and The Palace Hotel) and within easy access to Broken Hill station and the Miners Memorial. Wednesday night was Karaoke Night at The Palace. Access in and out of town is via Iodide Street, The Barrier Highway and Silver City Highway. There is easy off-street parking.

There were no issues with our stay. The property owners were very helpful also warning us that the side streets flood during thunderstorms and not to leave town during the thunderstorm warning (you can get stranded out of town as the creeks flood). There was a current thunderstorm warning but it didn't eventuate.

Room clean and comfortable. Location good, close to restaurants/cafes, but also in quiet location.Food in adjacent restaurant excellent. The pool and outdoor area looked good, but we didn't use as it was a cold winter's night!

There was nothing we didn't like.

We had stayed previously and enjoyed the overnight stay and happy to book again. Rooms very clean and tidy - good access to town and suited our purposes. Would be happy to book again.

No breakfast available. Very nice neat motel. Thought the price might have been a bit on the dear side, but then again I have not stayed at a motel for about 6 years. Has a very good Chinese styled restaurant semi attached to the motel. The food was nice and plentiful.

All the lights and fan have only one switch in the bathroom/toilet

The location is great, and it is within walking distance to a pub, restaurants, and fast food chains.

Food in Broken Hill is expensive, but I would think due to its location and transportation I would think.

Location was perfect, it was within walking distance to all I needed. The bed was super comfy and it was very quiet. The room was lovely and clean with everything in it I needed.
